Checkers stayed high during the night. Thank goodness he's coming down. I was afraid my last pen was toast.
I'm leaving soon to pick up new box. Lady on pharm phone commented on the price, but didn't offer to lower it. :lol:

We've got sun and wind, but cool temps, and the ground is still so wet, I can't do anything outside, including walk my boy.

Glad to see Check is coming down. Enjoy the nicer weather, even though yardwork has to wait!

Checkers was nice blue, so I could go out, but I gave a tablespoon of gravy, in case It took me longer than expected.
Once again, he didn't eat while I was gone, but rushed to it, when I got back.

Sienne said something in Tashie's condo about a carb sensitive cat, being able to rise a lot, even with LC food.

That reminds me of what Michelle said yesterday, about the roasted chicken I gave Checks yesterday....lots of it
She suggested his bounce to the sky, may have been the chicken. It could have been injected with sweet 'stuff'

How would a person know such a thing? Just never give even plain roasted deli chicken? I choose the one with no flavoring.

Hi Barb, what a nice slide today for Checkers. Glad you got out today even if it's to pick up a new pen. I do the same as you with Mags when I'm gone, kind of load her up in case I get held up somewhere. It is hard to know what exactly the put in roasted chicken from a deli. I heard from my brother in Jamestown, NY, and he said they have sun, so hoping you do, too.

Hi Barb,
Checks and Ollie would have trouble hanging out. Ollie would never let gravy go uneaten...course he won't let anything go uneaten.

I wonder how much the deli people would share with you? Those chickys come from somewhere. They are probably bagged and have the ingredients on the bag. (like if they inject anything) I'd try pulling Marje's "my cat has diabetes card" and tell them it's important you know . I bet they'd tell you?? hope hope.
