:o Wow, this is the first time since Daphne's dx that I am seeing all blue for the day.

I guess I have no choice but to fatten the dose. I am wondering if Daphne gets the full dose in the AM when DH dose it. I do the PM and I always check after I give it, buy refilling the syringe with water to the same place I filled it, and then push the water out and see if it's a full dose. With such a small dose to begin with, I think it makes the difference if the syringe is just a little off (when the line is closer to the end, and when it's a little farther away). Sorry, I may not be explaining this well. I just think Daphne is not getting the full drop all the time, because of the syringe issue.

This is so frustrating, I thought we would be almost OTJ by now. :sad:

Barely blue there Daphne. I have read many have syringe issues. We are on such a large dose that I don't examine the syringes as closely as those on micro doses. Hang in there! You are doing great. Daphne may just be taking her time. She is feeling better and that is what is important.

Thanks Melissa for reminding me that Daphne is feeling better with these numbers. Sometimes I forget that we just want our kitties to feel better, and not focus so much on the goal of getting OTJ.
We think we are in control here, but then our kitties remind us they are on their own schedule. :roll:

This PMPS 64 though, just surprises me, it's not like Daphne to do this. It's not her numbers at all. I don't know what is going on. Her +8 was 121, then +10 101. She had a snack after each test, and I know she has some pancreas action because of her numbers after she eats. Maybe she read her post like most of our kitties do, when we threaten a dosecrease, they go down. :lol:

Looks to me like another successful dosecrease threat! Great PMPS Daphne. They sure know how to test our patience don't they.

Hi Barb, sometimes those dose threats do work. Looking much better at the PMPS. It seems a lot of us are having a time with our kitties' numbers lately, Maggie, too, all over the place. I hope your day went well.

We can never understand what's in the mind of that furry little bundle! Just take the ride along. They are the one behind the driver seat, not us! :lol:

Well, one more day and if the AMPS and other numbers don't come down, its going to be a dosecrease for sure, AND I'M NOT KIDDING MISS DAPHNE. :cool:

I'd take that PMPS # any day over a # in the 100's. :lol: You're doing great!!! Just remember to keep your Patience Pants on. All of our kitties do have their own little agendas, and they simply tell us by showing us some weird, and wonky #s at times. They simply take their own little sweet times at giving us better #s. :lol: Hang in there... You'll get there.. And Daphne will tell you. :-D

Daphne has been doing so well--Please dont rush to be OTJ, as many who have gone OTJ too quickly, wound up back here (But then kitties have their own strong will as we know!)...
What I am trying to say is she is doing great, feeling well and you are doing a great job..
Dont get down by one day's worth of numbers--It's all good--Hugs & Love from us!!

I don't know what is going on. I just opened new strips with this +6 50 :o . I'm so not used to crazy numbers. I know I've been spoiled by Daphne's predictability, and I may have jinxed that the other night when (I think it was Libby, or….can't remember who…), but I said that very thing when she asked me to get some mid cycle numbers. So maybe Daphne was having these crazy numbers and I just didn't know cause i didn't test.

Look at that 50! That's a good catch. It'll be interesting to see what she continues to do. Good job to both of you!
