This is the best amps we've had in several days, but Blackie's +6 last night was 306. I took some urine in to the vet this morning and hope to hear back from them soon.

WCR: I'm not sure if my own feelings are making me think that Blackie doesn't feel as well, or if he's just fine. He slept a lot more than usual yesterday and this morning he slept outside the bathroom door which is unusual for him. But he got some lap time last night, is eating well and seems okay for the most part.

Hey Blackie, hope you are feeling fine because you are looking great! Let's show our Moms some good numbers today, OK? ;-) See ya later, Lanky

You know your cat, and if you sense something might be wrong, you are right to follow up on it. Especially because he's had such good numbers recently; these numbers are out of character for him, especially with a dosecrease. I had no reason to suspect a UTI when I took Buzz in a few months ago other than her #s and it turned out I was right. Sending good thoughts to you and Blackie. Let us know what the vet says. I am glad he is still enjoying his lap time, though. He's a sweetie. :-D

Hi Ele, I do hope that all will turn out to be OK with the visit to the vet today. You are right to get Blackie checked out. It seems like lots of our kitties are preferring to sleep in or near the bathroom these days. Stu has started to do that, too. Maybe it's the weather. Or the time of year. Please keep us posted on your vet visit.
Ella

Hey Blackie, You under the weather? Or just waiting for better weather. See ya later, pal.

The vet called and said there was no bacteria in the urine. So, I guess I really am a worry wart. It makes me feel better, but I don't think its' going to stop my worrying. Oh well, I guess I have to worry about something.
