Yesterday was "pay the piper" day, aka bounce day after a stellar day before, aka yellow and pink day. :roll: And so Mannie did. Yellows were high, and fairly flat, so once again we will wait for this one to clear. I hope it will be one day, and not 3, 4, 5... :lol: :-D :-D He did fairly well in clearing thee last one, so maybe we are getting back on track with the day to clear these bounces. Paws crossed! And Go Mannie! Think blue and green OK? Lubs ya big guy - you ca do this! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D We were back to the gloomily drizzly gray weather yesterday. It was a sleep in your bed or on the nanners day for Mannie. He was quite content, snoozin' away.... and back to sleeping with his eyes closed. That was creepy the day before - found him napping with them open - major freak-out for the bean. :o :shock: :shock: :? :? ;-) Elsa has been doing a good job in her role as the kitty choir, the only member of said kitty choir, and makes sure to take her duties as my morning backup alarm seriously. She hasn't missed a day. Good thing too! :roll: Sadly though we have not has any more whack-a-thons since the last reporting. bummer. :lol: Today, as always, we had a great test feed shoot this morning: lots of purrs and head rubs from Mannie. Breffis was consumed with gusto - still and always at warp speed, clean plate club status maintained, the auto feeder continues to be used, Elsa still tries to raid his auto feeder, I still intercept.... Normalcy in MannieLand. :cool:

Have a great day everyone! I am back on DGS duty today, through Friday. We will be swimming and hopefully out to one of the rivers after that. He just never seems to tire of any of it, so off we go. :-D :-D :cool: fun stuff! I know I won't be able to visit many condos until the evening, if at all. I will miss you guys - and your furkids. Think blue, think green kitties!

Hey everybody!!!! GUESS WHAT!!! We are off to NYC again - Rusty has taken up residence there. SWEET! I LUBS the city. so.... hot dogs and museums and carriage rides and fishing in the river and the ferry and the opera and the lions and all that stuff. I am so ready! NYC kool :cool: I think I'm gonna like the ferry. Mumbean took me on a paddleboat once and that was pretty fun, especially when I pretended I was going to jump into the water and she lost her sunglasses in the river tryin to 'save' me :lol: :lol: :lol: I dunno if I wanna get too close to those lions though. Vyktor! DUDE you are SO COOL! heeheehee on the sunglasses thing. The ferries ther are so col - Tess likes them cuz then she gets to play the Titanic thing on the front of the boat - we all gots to tie ropes on her though so she doesn't fall in. You'll lubs the lions too - you'll see! they doesn't got fleas dude... they is statues.... i dunno, do statues get fleas? huh? See you! Hurry - hot dogs are waiting to be eaten! ~~ Mannie

Statue lions :smile: but of course I wish they was real lions then I would be in all their face and pulling their tails and stuff, I was just worried about the fleas not their big teefies or their ginormous paws or nothin :roll:

Hi Michelle and yum on the White peppermint Mocha today! I hope Mannie clears the bounce just enough for you and Nicholas to have a swim and adventure day. I had to laugh as Mags often does the half open asleep gig. I think it's to keep a watch on us. It can be freaky though, as you say. Glad to see normalcy in Mannieland. Have a great time, as always with your adorable Nicholas.

Mannie, oh boy, hot dog vendor today please! Can't wait to visit Rusty in NYC! I have my bag all packed for the day. See ya at the curb, Mags

I guess flat yellows are better than the alternative of pinks!! Seems he's on the flat track again today!! Hope you have another great adventure with your sidekick, NIcholas!!!

I hear ya on the open eye sleeping. I made Susie stay on the phone with me recently, while I prodded Checks, to see if he was umm, alive. I hate when he does that.

251 @ PMPS. and the flat yellow continues... I will not complain - he could be that "other color" on on that floor "that shall not be named". :-D :-D

Nicholas and I had a great day - swimming in the morning, and back to the Sammamish River after his lunch, and car nap. Both were great! Swimming juts gets better every time we go, and the river? He just loves it there. This one doesn't have many access points to the shore, but we found a spot where there were rocks he could throw. All great fun. I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

Forgive me for not answering each post individually. I am so far behind tonight. :o :? There was nasty accident on the freeway coming home, after I dropped off Nicholas, and well - an hour late! Mannie's shot was 30 minutes late. That will be OK, I've adjusted for that before. I am so glad that I wasn't any later or we would have had issues with shot time in the morning. all in all - we survived. Mannie seems to have stayed yellow - all day, well as near as I can tell. He was so anxious to see me when I got home. Seems his tummy was grumbling and he let me know it. :lol: :lol:

The accident on the freeway must be scary Michelle. Thank God you're fine with Nicholas. Having young kid in the car need extra attention.

hi Helen - yes it was, but we were not involved, just had to deal with the nasty traffic it caused. not fun! and thanks on Mannie - i hope he comes on down,. I think you may be right - yellow is the new thing with LL kitties. :-D

Mannie...two days break! Time for blue/green tomorrow.

That must have been scary to see and get stuck in the accident traffic with bad weather. Glad you made it safely home.
 
Hi Marje - so agreed on all. I hope for blues tomorrow, that this bounce will be history then. And yes, traffic was awful... and the weather too! needed patience pants for that, for sure. :lol: :lol:
