Good Morning LL
All is well in Checker's world. Well, so-so, anyway. It's gloomy and cold today. In the 50's..too cold to even rain. He isn't moving around much, but isn't exhibiting any pain. He was able to use his steps to get on the sink.
I put a warm rice sock behind his back, and he likes to lean against it.

I'm still trying to get to DD's, and don't want to leave Checks as he's going down, and just can't make myself give carbs to slow him down. *sigh*...what's a bean to do? First sign he isn't dropping anymore, I'm outa here for couple hours.

Oh, how I wish we had a nice cool day!!! I understand how the warmer weather is better for Checkers. I saw on yesterday's condo that he was able to clean his toenails!!!! Yay for mobility!!! Champ has improved quite a bit since starting the Adequan.

wow, Checkers wants some attention I guess! nice numbers though, you really can't complain, and a slower slide to get there too! yay!!!

Wow, what a nice cycle for Checkers today! I can see why you didn't make it to DD's but maybe tomorrow. Checkers wanted you home with him! The warm rice sock on the back does sound soothing. Have a good night.

What a nice day for Checks! Next time you want to go out, don't mention it in his condo...you know they read these things and it gives them ideas! Obviously, Checks did not want to share his MamaBean tonday!

Lovely blue PS ! Hope gets Checkers get better as the day gets warmer. 50 degrees, it's quite cool!
 
Barb, I'm sorry I don't get around the board as much as I would like. I didn't realize Checkers had pain from arthritis too. Daphne really hurts with the damp, cool weather. We had the 70's today down here, so I took her out and tried to get her to take some sun, but she is long hair and she can't take the heat, even though it was only in the 70's.

Did you say you started Checkers on the Adequan? As soon as I can get some new blood work on Daphne, I'm going to start her on it. It really upsets me so much to see her in pain and not able to walk upstairs to sleep with us.

I hope you get some better weather tomorrow. I didn't look at the forecast yet, but I hope the 70's come up to you at least.
 
Hi Barb - wonderful day for checkers - wow, and love all that green! I an sorry you didn't get out, well maybe tomorrow. Yep, been in that boat too. :-D :-D loved the comet about the bowl of spghett :lol: :lol:
