Sorry! When I meant tomorrow, I meant today for you and me. US is still on Dec 6th so I was speaking with reference to US time. See what he does today and you can take him up tonight itself.

Just started 4.25U at PMPS. Do we have any information what is the highest dose of Lantus?
is just my Pino so hard to regulate?

Every cat is different. If a cat gets over 6U, we suggest testing for other conditions like acromegaly that could be causing insulin resistance. Pino is not yet there. I have seen cats who go to 4-4.5U and then turn around. Let's just follow the numbers and see what happens.
