~O) ~O) ~O) It's taking me a few more cups than normal to get going today. Damp and dreary weather in the Northeast again. Gus is happily relaxing with his pals. I started using a little bit of Comfort Zone (formerly 'Feli-way') because one of my semi-feral boys thought it would be good to spray on the living room drapes!!! Dry cleaners will solve that but I need to try to prevent it. Max (sprayer) is very in tune with Gus and I think the spraying took place when Gus wasn't doing so well. Max was very stressed at that time, so it would follow. I can see a change in Max's stress level and all the other kitties are gettin' mellow :lol: . That's OK, mellow is good. There's always something going on at our house that's cat related. :roll: Good day to LL kitties and their beans.

Good morning! have to explain to max that spraying is pretty darned socially unacceptable! we aren't fond of urine going everywhere!

Hi Bev!! Yuck on the spraying!! When they spray, it's not even a true urine smell. It's NASTY!!! There was tom cat that used to come into my backyard in my old house and pester Champ through the screen. That was the only time I saw Champ spray and it's when I found out that fixed cats can spray!!! Champ sprayed the screen door and then turned to my recliner that was close by and sprayed the back of it!!! After cleaning it the best I could, I Febreezed the hell out of it for days!!! That is the nastiest smell!! I'm glad everything is calming down again Take the dry cleaning bill out of Max's allowance...that'll teach him!!

Big agreement on the NASTY comment. I use an enzyme solution to clean anything like that. It's the only way to get rid of the crystals that cause that smell. Anything else just covers up the problem for a little while. Hopefully, Max is over his little drama and he won't continue marking. Good idea to make him pay the dry cleaning bill :lol: . Looks as if Gus is having a bounce off of his blues from yesterday. I can remember a time when Gus and I didn't know what the color blue looked like. TTFN.

I heard Gus mumbling something about meeting Champ on the upper floors! That's just Gus, being Gus. Back a few months ago, this bounce would have sent me bouncing, too! It's incredible how the beans progress as the dance goes on ;-)
