All is well in CurryLand. I'm just so amazed at her progress as she's been wearing green for about 3 weeks now. She'll even come over to the new testing spot and jumped up on her own....well, that's after I start opening the treat jar...but at least she is getting into a new routine since her release from jail....the girls are playing chase at about 10:30 at night and Sid is trying to entice Curry in a game of chase as I'm writing.

Well Sid is calling me to play w/Da Bird....I'll have to wait on Curry's numbers to go up before I engage her in a little play...she's about 55 right now.....

Planning on biking and getting some new biking shoes....No birds seen at my new bird feeder so I went out to an area where they hang and invited them over for breakfast with a trail of bird seed. We'll see if that works.

WOW on Curry's numbers - I just love all that green!

Isn't it great to have the girls playing and chasing like that? YAY!!! That really brings a smile to my face.

Good luck with the birds! I used to feed a variety her - kinds got out of the habit, not too sure why. last night a woodpecker was looking where I sued to hang suet and nuts for them. He was yakking something fierce when he found the feeder empty.... Guess I had better get back at it, and feed my feathered friends. :cool: :razz:

This is a play toy that both of my cats absolutely love. They haven't tired of it yet..which is usually the case after awhile....and both will play with it and hard. Lots of chasing and running and jumping....they go where ever this toy goes..I go my bedroom and they follow...I go to the table they follow....When Curry gets ahold of it, she won't let it go and growls when I try to get it from her......I found it at Petco....Petsmart didn't have it.....Its a great toy if you want your kitties to get some exercise.....In fact I'm going back to the store today to get another one for when this one breaks because we play with it so much.

Great start to Curry's day. I am definitely going to have to look for toy you mentioned. My civvie, Cleo, just is not the playing kind so I'm trying to find a toy that will make her do a little moving around. Love that Sid and Curry are playing together.

Look at Miss Curry GO!!! Loving her great numbers!! We feed the birdies too & cats love to watch them--
Just leave the feeders out, the birds will definitely find it! Big Hugs & Happy Caturday! :mrgreen:

On The Cat Belmont, I'll bet on number 1. He's saving his energy for the long race :lol:

I usually buy toys to bring home for Ginger when I go on vacation. My step mom LOVES to shop, and all I want to do is go in the pet stores :oops: Now, I know to look for LeBird and TheMouse. Thanks for the timely ideas.

Way to go Curry! What beautiful numbers today. I am going to Petco tomorrow and going to look for the mouse toy. I think Tarragon and Turnup would both like it. turnup is 15 so I try to get her to play when possible for exercise.

Hi Tena and Curry,
I haven't posted much until recently but you were always so good to me and Boris when I first started here. I had so much to learn (and still do! ) using Lantus after having used the hi doses of PZI with my Merlin before. I've never forgotten your kindness and patience with me.

I"m so happy to see Curry is wearing green these days. How exciting!!!!

Hope you got some cool new biking shoes! Just got new "running" shoes today! Been walking 1/2 marathons. do you bike alot???

I go about 12 to 16 miles. Any more than that then my knee starts to bother me.

So no new shoes for me today, but did get some new biking shorts. And scored the last two mouse toys at Petco. Curry is going to destroy that toy in no time.
 
Tena, I just loved the Belmont Stakes picture! I have always been a horse nut and watch every Triple Crown race. I would definitely watch a Belmont Stakes for cats although there is no way anyone could actually make cats race around a track in some type of ordered fashion! Now that would be some video.
