I caught a nadir on him a couple days ago and concluded I'm not giving him enough insulin and he's not hitting good #s these days. For a while his PSs have been higher for him than usual & I wasn't sure why. Now it makes sense (duh!) since usually if he hits a good nadir he'll get a several hour ride off of it rather than shooting back to a normal PS.
Here's what I saw Wednesday:
+17 158 0.5u (BG reading was bad, real # higher)
+6.5 148
+13.5 167
He's always been one for shallow curves, but this is too much!!! I raised him up to 0.6u for 2 shots yesterday and the PSs didn't budge (exactly 167 each time), so I went with 0.8u today.
