Fantastico day yesterday for Mannie - great PS numbers, great cycles. We saw green in the AM - YAY! I think that perhaps I overcarbed him in the evening, though I did feed the same thing for the same PS number in the morning... Perhaps he was just headed up a few notches anyways. All in all it was good: we still made a decent blue by the time this bean called it for the night. It was good to see that I could use an MC food in the morning cycle to control the greens - no gravy needed. Good job Mannie! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. Breffis consumed with much enthusiasm!, but no fuds dance today. Figures, as I had brought the camera with me this morning. He always knows.... CPC status maintained at a blistering record pace - amazing that this kitty does not have indigestion. :shock: :lol: :lol: and the bean messed up! yes, it is true.... I had left to go and pick up my DGS. Mannie's +3 mini meal was in the auto feeder, DH just makes sure that he gets Mannie to eat it. Well with the messing around and switching out foods in the AM, I apparently forgot to fill the 3rd slot. :o :o :o :o This was the ONE TIME that Mannie goes to use the feeder when it opened, on his own, and alas NO FUDS! :shock: He never uses the feeder... always requires an escort :roll: :roll: anyways.... I get home 20 minutes later and there is Mannie still waiting by the feeder, very patiently, with the WELL?!?!?!?!?!? look. DH said he didn't move that whole 20 minutes.... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: BAD BEAN! poor DH didn't now what to feed, as there were 7 cans on the counter, all opened... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: oh! nanners are secure - he made a bed out of them this AM.

Mannie helped himself to Nicholas's blanket yet again, including a major preening session. I took these photos, one of these days DGS will be right there with him.

Have a great day everyone! Today I continue my DGS sitting duties for the rest of the week. We also have a birthday dinner to host for my DD tonight - BUSY! I doubt I will be able to do many condos, at least not until the evening, if then..... Know though that I am thinking of you all - have a good one, think green kitties! LOTS OF GREEN!!!

KITTIES!!!!!! Time to PAW-TEE!!!! We are off to Camp Stu!! We'll swim, fish, paddle, and grill; with singing and dancing on the dock in the evening. Bus is all set and ready to go: snack, tasty beverages! Plasma TV! Spa and sauna! Our very own hot dog cart! Fleece and more fleece! See you soon ~~ Mannie

Hi guys .. how funny that the one time you didn't put fuds in the auto feeder that's when mannie wants to use it :lol: I love the pics of mannie, especially the last one .. he does look skinny! :-D Have a great time tonight at your DD's birthday dinner ..

Hi Michelle, I did something similar to the feeding schedule; only mine was much worse! Mannie forgives you while he's going nom, nom, nom! The pics with Mannie on DGS's blanket are so adorable. I bet soon you will find them together on the blanket, so have your camera ready! I hope Mannie comes down to some nice blues and greens today.

Hi Ann, and Miss Maggie - oh sure true on the fuds! Once he had it in his mouth all transgressions were forgotten, and back to ignoring the rest of the auto feeder feedings. :lol: :lol: :lol: Mannie must have heard you - low blues already - YAY!!! and a definite yes on those two sharing sleeping quarters. Mannie used to all the time when my sons were home... bet he does again.

Hi Melissa - Thanks!, I think he's a cutie! I always wonder on his lineage... they told me manx, as he really has no tail, short of a corkscrew 4" long fluff ball there. More to him that just Manx, if that is even true. he's a big guy, could be part Maine Coon - he has "that look". :cool: and yup: when he can he takes care of that blanket - :-D :-D

Tarragon - SWEET!!! You can come!! I thought for sure we were gong to have to bust you out. PHEW!!! ooooooo, nanners on the bus - AWESOME! I will make sure that you get them all back - promise!! bring anything you want got the grill! We grill all day and all night when at camp Stu - we kitties like our fuds!! Look at Mannie go.....just fantastic cycles!!! Shame on you for not filling the feeder....it figures, the ONE time you forget, he would go to it and be waiting. Funny that he waited 20 minutes for you to come back! :lol: :lol: Zoe has her auto feeder doen....approx. 10 minutes before it is due to open, I will see her get up from wherever she happens to be snoozing at and head for the kitchen.....she will sit and starte at for 10 minutes until it opens. :roll: :-D :-D She has also discovered that when the tile floor gets really cold (in the winter the floor can feel quite cold) - she can sit on top of the feeder and eat from there....it is hilarious! :mrgreen: Smart kitty!!

Michelle - I also am taking your advice from last night and am going to start a new pen at PMPs - eliminate that as what is causing the up and down numbers. Thanks!

Hi Sherry - I hope the new pen helps with Zoe. At least then you will know, eliminate one variable before a dose change. Wouldn't that be great if that was all that it was? -- and YES on that feeder - do you believe that - DH said he say in the same spot for a whole 20 minutes. :lol: :lol: :lol: very funny with Zoe - we have tile floors too, know how cold they can get in the winter.... I like Zoe's smarts - no dummy there! Too funny, and way to go Zoe. That is just too cute.

Hey Michelle: wow did Friday slip by!!! Mannie is just looking amazing....quick little tiny bounces and his PSs are so nice. I love his pictures on the baby's blanket!!! And he does look so svelte! :lol: :lol:

I hope you had a wonderful day again with Nicholas and that your DD's birthday party is a smashing success!! You must be exhausted especially today with Mannie's lovely greens and taking care of DGS. You are a wonder woman!

Hey Mannie!!! What a great bus ride to Camp Stu!! That TV is COOL :cool: :cool: :cool: It's gonna be so fun to be here for a bit....like when all you guys came and guarded the catnip patch. Tobey really loves his Aunt Ellabean (although don't tell her but he's glad he's done with bucket brigade). I have my lovely green sleeping bag with me as the bean made me toss my favorite pink one :lol:

Looks like you've had an extremely busy day!!! Mannie sure is one good looking cat!!! Beautiful face, I gotta say!!! I don't know how you take care of a baby while dealing with green numbers and getting everything ready for your DD's birthday. Where did you get that extra pair of hands you must have!! :lol:

Hi Marje - thx - I think he's doing well too. :-D ps are decent for the most part, bounces are really minimal. SWEET! And paws crossed it continues. We had a good dinner - late one, but good. boy am I ever tired.... It was a little crazy - Mannie's greens this am, Having DGS all day and night (hey - we even got on out hike in the woods!!), and putting together a dinner...... I needed to clone me. :lol: :lol:

Hi Patty - Oh yes - busy is an understatement... been a little crazy - and I missed everyone's condo!! :sad: but my DD had a nice birthday, we all had a good time. Mannie did too - he was very sneaky - waited until the head was turned and raided the cake. Frosting = YUM! oh great! good thing it was at nadir, and well.... it will clear anyways....

Gracie - SWEET -- I KNOW on the TV - awesome isn't it! I lubs camp Stu - it is a kitty place for all of us just to hang out together. I loved that week when we came a guarded the catnip patch - it was so cool. camp stu has the same feeling.... best of time with the best of friends.... and I won't tell Ella bean that Tobey is glad the bucket brigade wasn't called to duty.... my arms are tired....
