ok... a 471 @ amps. sheshhhhh! - Mannie what is up with that? Though I suppose when one studies his SS the pattern is there, and he was "due" for one of these... Still the frustration runs a little high this morning. What I would give to be able to say the words "regulated". Front loading the cycle has helped, but we still have a ways to go. Keep on truckin' Mannie - we will get there! cat_pet_icon

WCR: Heavy sigh from my guy this morning when he looked outside and saw that it was raining. bummer. So back to bed he went, for some major ZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzz's I-) I-) I-) We had a great test/feed/shot session this morning - he is always waiting for me to do my thing. Lots of purrs, and tail waggin' - well pom pom waggin' since Mannie does not have a tail, just this little blob of fur. It's a good start to the day for him, despite the awful red number.

Nice report....glad he is happy and purring while you do your thing. LOL. Maybe Mannie will go down the scale to some nice greens...another one who would like it if his Mama would turn her nights into days! Shadow and Mocha and Mannie...they like the night time lows for sure! Hope you enjoy your day! :razz:

Unlike Pat, I wouldn't like Mannie to see green this cycle!! You're doing great with managing Mannie's curve.

I am right there with you on the word regulated :shock: come on down Mannie thats a scary red to start Mama Bean's morning with lets get back down to some nice yellows or better yet blues :mrgreen:

and the pattern continues: 371 @ +2. i expect maybe yellows by the afternoon, and in all honesty I hope he stays there... slow... steady... descent... no bumps or dives... paws crossed! and I have fed/front loaded this cycle... as the norm these days.

And yes - his spirits are top notch - normal, "what's up", curious Mannie. He finally decided to brave the weather, went on out, is making his rounds, with the normal roll/chew/rub in the grass. oh great --- stuck in all that fur again, which always drops off on my carpet. Love ya, big guy!

Shad-O, my man! Yay! I passed the color test - this will be such fun! and don't forget Buzz! She definitely qualifies - and maybe Stu - we could color those white parts... and no - won't tell anyone.... Stu says he's making pizzas! :-D ~~ Mannie

I am sorry if my post gave the wrong impression...I was stating what he usually does...but if I had a choice, I would say
"please don't go to green tonight Mannie... blues would be nice...."
I was referring to his range of numbers from Reds in AMPS to greens in the PM cycle...he seems to like to do that ...
(3/11, 4/11, 4/28, 5/09, 5/22, 6/4) which is not the ideal at all!
Mannie...nice AMPS in the morning and an easy surf is what we are hoping for, k? The PM cycle should be for sleeping and no drama.
So, don't do what you always seem to do...okay? :mrgreen:

I hope Mannie does what you would like this afternoon. It's drizzling here today, too, which surprised me. I don't think it was in the forecast. I do love the rain though!

Hi Pat - knew exactly what you meant, and no wrong impression taken. It is true - he has a tendency to do that. And yes - he loves the nighttime drama! Silly boy! One if the reasons I have kept the 4am/4pm shoot times - so I don't have to be up til 3 AM when the nighttime drama scenario kicks in. I would, otherwise, LOL, never sleep :lol: :lol: well we shall see what he does today. Do know that this feed change has really helped him - curves are flatter, not as much bungee action, just better controlled. :lol: - even when we get those 471's. sheshhhhh Mannie boy!

Hi Ann! enjoy the rain (I too actually like the stuff)... still coming down here - but we are supposed to finally get some summer weather here come this weekend. whoa - what a concept!

I need a revolving door - Mannie has been playing the in and out game for the past half hour. make up your mind! Maybe he thinks doing this will dry things out. uh - noooo -not happening.

pink seems to be the color of the day - at least for this afternoon... a pink surf. perhaps we can transition to yellow with the next cycle... 367 @ +9

Hey Mannie! We are going to have some fun at that new-moon party. Shadow wants me to cover up the white parts of my tuxedo! How can I do that?? And besides, I need to wear my apron for the cooking. I've added blackened catfish to the menu to go along with the theme of the evening. Now, stay in safe numbers tonight and I'll see you tomorrow.

Hey Ella! Mannie always performs at the pm cycle - more often than not. nocturnal to the max! In all honesty I expected what he is crankin' out today. it's all on his SS, knew it when i got a 471 this morning. not thrilled, but it so fit the pattern. I truly feel that the change in feeding has really helped him, despite the 471 this AM - he truly has not had a cliff dive or a bungee incident since we went on board with the change. This way it just takes him longer to get back down to the nice numbers, but the descent is slow, steady and I hope better for him. Now if we can just get him to forget about RBC.... and yes - always have been an early riser - due to work when I was working, and for a long time i was shuffling my boys to the pool for morning workouts - they were swimmers, and we were on deck 5AM daily....

STU!! my man - I know! Shad-O wants you to wear boots and a stuff - so you will be all black and stuff and play our game with all the dark kitties. i told her marker pens would work too, but then whoa dude! your bean would not be pleased with little ole Mannie... and that would not be good. I LOVE catfish - your are the best - great idea! I am hungry already. See you then! and i'll work on better numbers... ~~ Mannie

Mannie cut out these red & pink numbers already!!--Yellow is a lot better,but how about letting your momma bean sleep sometimes??

Hi Roni - and thanks! We now are on a yellow surf - so lookin' good! I hope he can continue this, or at least be close.

Mannie hopes that Moonie will be at Shad-O's party. It should be a grand affair: chef Stu is in his prime again, if he can avoid the spray paint that is...

Yeah, Mannie, you're headed in the right direction. Tess numbers went down this morning, but wants to wear pink this evening. Tess says she will be at the party and wants some of that catfish cajun style.
