6/10 LOOSE LIPS: Happy Monday!

Good Morning LL!! (LOTS! It's Monday.....), Happy Monday everyone!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista! Paw Prints Pizza is booming! They made pies for Rusty's yesterday, and we took thems to the beach. it was mega good! Even that really weird one that had coffee beans in it, and cimmamum. Weird.... BUT! They cleaned the kitchen - my espresso machines were spotless. I thinks Ollie had something to do with that, as there were these slide marks in the floor,and a sponge in the sink.... Ollie: thanks dude! so. well. anyways. onwards! time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot espressos, with beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Africa, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a VENTI Quad cherry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, topped with a cherry whip garnished with candied cherry sprinkles and white chocolate curls.... YUM!!! Mannie : is it ok if we have a cheery cherry monday?? and no worries! an Ice cream dollop included. It is an cherry and choco swirl! YUM!. Mega good! Mannie said so.

From yesterday: "I made an attempt at unwinding yesterday, from three days of 24/7 Nicholas. I actually miss the kid. :roll: ;-) I spent the morning hours on a woods to shore trek, out about 6:30 AM, back about 4 hours later. I love it down there in the mornings. There is something magical about the early hours. This afternoon I took a short walk through the neighborhood, ended up a StarBucks. Hmmm.... must have been on auto pilot. :lol: :lol: anyways - these walks I find relaxing, and do let me unwind from the go go go. The rest of the day was laid back: visited some condos, read my backlog of hiking literature, sat on the deck just soaking up the sun, which we eventually did get, did a few errands but ignored most. It's been a nice one here, weather wise, activity wise. Tomorrow I hope to go on a hike. Well, I will, just need to determine where...." All is well with the FurKids. They continue to be great. I had someone ask me yesterday how long we have had them, and.... I couldn't remember exactly! :lol: :lol: I truly seems like they have been here for a very long time... Although I think I may have to send Lola to kitty obedience school... she has decided that a few of my vertical house plants are perfect for climbing... and that dirt? why not fling it all over the house. :lol: :lol: :lol: You gotta love it.

Have a great ay everyone. I shall be out the door soon on a hike. Off to the ridges of Yakima! I hope to visit condos when I get home.

Hey Elsa, you've got those PawPrints working pretty good. They mess up pretty good, but it's fun surfin and then cleaning up. My bean says i left one of my sponges in the sink. I was wondering where that was. Today we gotta KTSS for Rusty. He's gonna have that vetty smell. ICK! But it's a good excuse for a PARTY!!!! see you in a sec. - ollie

It's great that you can have a few days of R&R. The Meadowdale photos (both camera and phone) are terrific. I really like these "virtual hikes" I take with you! Have a great day today near Yakima.

Elsa: that espresso this morning is extra good. I'm glad that you could come here yesterday and chill out on the porch and eat the rookies' pizza. Rusty would appreciate a KTSS visit later this afternoon, when he gets back from the vettybean.

Hey Lil Bit,

That is so purrfect! Cheery cherry Monday is purrfect in keeping with the tradition of Mannie's cheery Fridays. Everyone needs cheery MOnday more than Friday. I bet ya Mannie is pleased with this decision. And it wouldn't surprise me if he left you a message tomorrow telling you what a great idea you have.

And I'll bet Mannie is wishing that he came up with ice cream and don't be surprised if he opens Mannie's ice cream parlour next to Two Cat Catering Company at the Bridge!

Now for today's order, I want three pies and lots of ice cream oh and bring my bean something too OK.

Hi Everyone! I hope your day was a good one! Boy am I tired..... I did go on hike, to Eastern Washington, near Yakima/Selah. A place called Skyline Ridge. it is a ridge hike that parallels the Yakima River. The ridge itself goes on for miles, I only did maybe 5 topside. Did about 8 miles total today, climbed close to 1700, damn trail was so rocky - I had forgotten that part. shessh! But nice views up there The weather over there was nice: sun and about 82. I felt all of that 82! no shade.... not even one branch..... BUT! I did see critters!, 1 Bull Snake (I think, no rattle, so good to go), short horned lizards - they were everywhere, and a herd (well 5/6 of them) of mountain goats - they were down right awesome,. I found them top side, on a side of one of the hills. they only stayed for a bit, but wow - what a thrill. loved it. I will post the Picassa link in tomorrow's LLips.

Thanks every one - Carla, Hillary, Ann, John, Ann, Ella, Mary, and Amy - for visiting today. Forgive me for not answering each on individually. I did read tg\hem all - you guys are so fun, and I so appreciate it all. I am beat - long drive, lots of climbing up feet/miles, and I cannot believe it is 7PM already and I still haven't done dinner. :shock: Sheshhhh... AL is well here, kitties are doing good, and didn't destroy the house while I was gone... They've been fed, now to feed me. Priorities! They met me at the top of the stairs. it so reminded me oh Mannie - all three with that "YOU'RE LATE!" stare... and the prancing.... :lol: :lol: you gotta love it.
