Just noticed the extensive notes to the side. How much does Max weigh now?

What is his ideal weight?

Hi,

I don't know Max's exact weight right now. He has gained weight. I can no longer feel his boney spine, and he feels heavier. Throughout his life he has usually weighed about 10 or 11 pounds. He got up to 14 at one point early last year.

I feel good about the fact that he gained weight. It makes me feel that what I am doing is helping somehow. Otherwise, he would stay skinny.

I suppose you are thinking of the dose being too high in relation to his weight. It could be.

As for ideal weight, I don't know. I'm not sure how to find out except to ask the vet.

No that's good he is gaining. I was just wondering about the constipation. The subQ and miralax should manage it.

So, at +5 we finally have a number below 220. Plus or minus 20% would be 174 - 260. Then, we have 188 at +5.5. (151-225).
