I am not having a good start to my day! Slept through my alarm & did not get a +11 check in (good thing my son checked up on me & woke me a few mins before AMPS was due!), my glasses have broken & I need to get them fixed on my way to work & I am really running behind schedule today! I sure hope my day gets better!

As for Morris.....he seems to be content today. He did eat all of his food overnight, even without parm sprinkled on top! Hopefully all these meds are doing their trick & he will be back to his normal happy self soon!

At +9, Morris has eaten 3/4 of his food already. I sprinkled a bit of parm onto the last of the food in his dish....I bet it will be gone soon! LOL!

Thankfully, my day did improve a bit! Now, the weekend is here! YAY!

Morris ate most of his food today.

Looking back over my notes on Morris' ss from his last bout of p~itis.....I see I stopped the bupe first, then the fluids, then the mirtz. I know that I was in close contact with my vet during that time frame & she was directing me to discontinue what when. I think I will continue with the bupe through the weekend & then try stopping it Mon (I gave him his first dose last Sat evening). I think I will continue with the fluids until the entire bag has been infused (should last me until Tues or Wed next week). I will continue with the mirtz into next week. How long do you think I should give the pepcid for?

This weekend my daughter is in another swim meet out of town. It is only about an hour away, so we are going to drive back & forth each day. Just in case we don't make it home in time for Morris's meds, we will take him with us.
