Zener is doing fine this morning. He had his pills in pill pockets, had a little picnic, sniffed at a dead bird on the patio ( :sad: ), and then ate most of his breffis in bed with Anne. :lol: :lol: And Anne is still asleep so time adjustment is proceeding. She did crash on the floor last night about +3.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Also thinking of Georgia, who's DFIL passed this week. And of course we still miss Mannie. Happy Fursday, LL!

"Doing fine" is always good news to me. :-D I love that Zener gets his meals, wherever he wants, especially if it's in bed with a beloved bean.

Nice report on Zener, but sorry for the little bird, rip! I bet Zener is happy to have company for his breffifs in bed, even if it is a sleeping Bean. :-D Have a great day Liz and Anne, Zener and Tillie.

Hi Liz. Nice drop to the blue zone for Zener. How pampered is he....having breakfast in bed with one of his beans! I sure hope PF doesn't read Zener's condo. Only a cat could sniff a dead bird and then eat breakfast :lol:.

Nice slide! Hey, Z-man, tell Tess to follow you! I'm not telling where DH fed Tess last night while I was laying on the couch! :oops: :lol: :lol: :lol: Let's just say I ended laughing so much it disturbed the noshing kitteh!

It looks like things are getting back to normal with a classic Zener slide and breffis in bed with Anne. Sorry about the poor bird.

My oh my, what a difference a little drop or two can make. Yard patrol in progress, happy appy and good test, feed and shoot. It's a good start. :razz:

@Barb & Checkers - Zener loves to have breffis in bed with me but I sleep through it all. :lol:

@Ella & Rusty - the window did it. We have an amazing number of finches this spring and despite all sorts of things in our windows to reflect, we still get several hits a day, though not all result in fatal injury. The Anna's hummingbirds are here now too! Classes over, exams over and graded, still a few projects to grade. After Saturday afternoon, it's history!

@Devon - all is well in Zener's world today. The bird action in our yard is incredible this spring, but it means a few window fatalities. :sad:

@Ann & Maggie - yes, we mourn each little bird, we all enjoy them so. Zener is very happy that the school year is coming to a close and his beans are home more! :-D

@Frosty - Blue with a touch of green, lovely! Watch out for those kitties reading condos. Even if you ban condo reading, some kitties are known to text each other! :lol:

@Ann & Tess - oh you tease, tell tell! :lol:

@Wendy & Neko - you absolutely right about him being very picky. :lol: We're not sure Zener knows what to do with a bird. He caught a live one once. Well, he ran out side in the rain, it couldn't fly away quickly enough, and he fell over on it. The poor bird looked a little wonky but managed to recover. Zener was VERY proud. :twisted:

@carla - yes, back to "normal" whatever that is. :lol: :roll: :lol:

Lovely AM cycle today, we shall see what the PM brings. Wishing everyone a calm and dramafree Fursday evening in LL.
