I was thinking of increasing Pepper's dose slightly, but his AMPS was kind of low and seemed to be dropping so I didn't.

There are times when I swear he can speak English!

Cats are usually multilingual, speaking 20 or more cat dialects, dog(although they do not want to admit this knowledge), pig latin, Russian, French, German as well as English.
