Good Morning World :-D

I've gotta say i'm really happy with Leo's numbers lately, he's been giving me some really nice blues and a few yellows here and there, and its been so long since we've had some really nice numbers that i don't want to mess with his dose.

I had a starving kitty this morning, i'm surprised he even had the energy to come and tell me about it. He's eaten his breffis and is now napping beside me after some hugs and headbutts. I awoke to a very large lb contribution so he's got all 5 p's in place.

I've gotta mow the lawn sometime this morning, of course it will be after Leo and i have a nice BTB.

Have a great day LL's.

Hi Tracy, very nice WCR on leo, especially the "very large lb contribution." Has Leo caught any mouses lately? Enjoy your btd and have a great day you two.

Re: 5/9 Leo AMPS 205

Nice report!! Leo is jus such a sweetheart.

I don't blame you for the BTB...procrastinate that yard work as long as possible - or, at least that's MY motto  !

Have a great day!

Hi guys,
It is so great that Leo has good numbers and is feeling good. Enjoy your btb!

Hi Leo, today we're gonna get some culture at the Metropolitan Museum and visit the Ancient Egyptian galleries to see the images of our ancestors. When it stops raining we'll have hot dogs on the steps, then go to play ball in Central Park. Visit Patience and Fortitude at the library later. See you soon,
Rusty

Re: 5/9 Leo AMPS 205, +4 319, +7 239

Alright so i just got off the phone with Leo's insurance company and have asked if i can get SRT pre-insured/pre-covered (meaning i'll know what they cover before i decide to have any treatment done) and will it be ok if I decide to have him treated in the US. Back in October i upgraded Leo's insurance to "unlimited coverage" meaning there is no limit to what we can spend treating Leo, before that i had $2500 a year in coverage. So from the sounds of it, this will fall into the unlimited coverage category so i don't need to worry about costs. Also i have requested that a veterinarian look over Leo's file and get back to me, which they will do within 2-3 days. So 80% of everything covered.....YAHOO!!!!

Oh crap i forgot to ask if they would cover hotel costs, food, etc for going to the US for treatment.

Re: 5/9 Leo AMPS 205, +4 319, +7 239

Tracy, you were so smart in getting Leo such great coverage. I have no insurance on Simon or Cleo and the cost of care if just astronomical! Great news that they will cover your care in the U.S. Nice +7!!

Yes i've always thought having the insurance is very handy.....good foresight i had back in my university days being a poor student and having to get my cat pet insurance

Leo spent the WHOLE day outside today, it was absolutely gorgeous out and very warm. He helped me mow the lawn and was not freaked out at all by the lawn mower, he napped in the shade and chased bugs around (including 1 huge bumble bee....YIKES). The only time he wanted to come in was when i was cooking myself some chicken on the stove for supper, he came running to the window meowing frantically then came running inside meowing frantically (i left the door open for him) and i was freaking out thinking OMG there's something wrong with him, then i realized he just wanted a piece of chicken and could smell me cooking it from all the way outside......what a nose he must have!! So he had some chicken for supper as well. I finally dragged him in for supper and his shot and he's finally having a nap now.....sadly no mousies to be found today.

What a great day for your guy. :-D He is very brave, hanging out while you mow the lawn. Great news the insurance will cover a big chunk of his treatment. Thinking of you guys.
Liz
