Good Morning LL

Checkers is a little subdued this morning; probably due to rain again today. :sad: I had to turn heat on, it's so cold and damp.
He wasn't too hungry; ate a little FF, but may have eaten last night's before I got up.

He's got a new habit. He gets up on kitchen table for testing at 9am, His +2. :smile:
That's when he gets his meds along with the accompanying goodies; cheese balls, kibbles.

I'm thinking, he recognizes the change in my activity. I start doing things, like getting out of the recliner :lol:

I had a dog that knew it was 4pm, time for his walk. My DH thought his dog was brilliant.....I was certain, he recognised the difference in sounds of the TV.
Quiet soap opera going off, noisy Oprah music and audience screaming, meant, "mommy takes Rags for walk now" :-D

Animals sure are smart little critters, when it comes to routines.

They really are SO very smart. How cute that Checks gets ready for his +2!!! Goodies will make ME do just about anything, too :lol: !!!

I hope the chill is gone from the air soon, so Checks will feel better.

Hi Barb,
They really do like their routines. Good boy, Checks! Let's have a nice slide down to blue later today, OK?

The real rain hasn't arrived here yet, and it is still warm and sunny, but a big change is expected this weekend. I hope that when we get the rain (which we really need), you will get the sunshine. Hang in there!

Hi guys .. bummer to hear about the rain, unless you guys need it .. That's too cute he get's up on the table for his +2 .. the only routine my girls follow is if either me or peter is in the kitchen they trot out there thinking it must be meal time! Have a great day!

They ARE smart little critters. My grandpa had a cat he swore knew he was going into town before he knew it himself - whenever he'd decide to drive into town on the spur of the moment, there was the cat waiting for him at the truck. One of the few that actually liked car rides, apparently thought it was a dog? Hope Checkers has a cosy rainy day.

I hope the cold and rain clear up soon for you and Checkers. They do know the routines and are not happy when we change them! cat(2)_steam If they decide to change , that is another matter all together! :lol: :lol:

Hi Barb, so cute with Checkers and the routine of the +2!! I hope your weather improves. We just had two days of rain here. I know it rains so much on the east coast. Nice slide today for Checkers.

How sweet that Checkers is so compliant for his +2......he sure likes his goodies! And his numbers are coming down nicely :-D

Our critters are much smarter than we sometimes give them credit for....I told a certain BFFF today that if he wanted to go outside, he had to go get me some TP--and the little stinker ran to the bathroom and took a bunch of it off the roll!!!

Hi Barb! Sorry for the late visit. The day got away from me once again....

It seems to have been a nice day for Checkers - some pretty blues in there! :-D I love the routines! Makes life fun.

Bummer on your rains. I feel guilty with our sun and 75. The days ave been gorgeous here. SO unlike what we should be getting, but I won't complain! I'll send you some sun.

Hope you are doing well.
