Fed him his usual LC wet food, some honey and a little bit of a treat.
He ate all of it but regurgitated it 5 minutes later. He's thrown up after almost 3 months (barring a lemon grass incident).
I fed him some more honey and some pate.
Will test in another 10 mins.

I was a little late in giving Shen his +2 snack and had almost decided to skip the BG test and just give the food today :(

63 at +3

Do I feed him more now or keep checking his BG every 20-30 mins?
He's due for another snack at +4.

I didn't take a second reading to check the 45 at +2.5 since I panicked to get the food, so I'm not sure if it was wrong.

Congrats on the reduction. You go down to 1U from tomorrow. Can you feed a little of his normal food without honey now and test at +4?

ETA: That vomit might have been a scarf and barf from eating too quickly. Looks like you might have to break up his PS meal and feed a little of it at +1. He likes to dive an onset.

So, he gets 1.25 U for his PM shot today too, right? And 1U from AM tomorrow.

Fed him a tablespoon of his usual food just now. Will test and update at +4.

I did reduce his PS meal quantity - it's now almost equal to the snacks he gets every 2 hours, unless it seems like he has a better appetite and wants more.
But I'll start adding in a +1 snack too.

I would have never guessed he had dropped low - he's more active today morning o_O

PMPS was 220
+1 is 241 :D

Shen's appetite seems to have increased overnight. He got his paws on a few stray kibbles at +11 today, although I'm not sure if he did eat some of them.
Thankfully the 6 month-old kitten in the house makes sure to lick everyone else's bowls clean, so there isn't a lot of kibble left over at any point of time.

But will need to pay more attention to Shen's kitchen visits now - the last couple of weeks he had been very disinterested in all kinds of food (with the exception of tandoori chicken), so he caught me off-guard today.

On a positive note, his stools today were the best yet since weaning him onto wet food (almost 28 days) - funny how happy the sight of well-formed poop can make some one :D
