Zener was especially playful and showing off last night with toys, happy appy and all around feeling good to celebrate the homecoming of the night duty bean. :razz: Tillie Tooter was glad to see me home too and she had several cases of the zoomies all over the house. MamaLizBean did such a fabulous job as BIC while I was in Germany. She is off for a run this morning, so I am getting up Zener's condo. He had a nice blue number last night but seems to be up in the sunny yellows today. I suppose the last post-green bounce is still in effect. This is the sixth cycle since the last greens so if he follows his latest trend, we'll see his numbers go up today and then dive into the lagoon tonight, perfect for expedited jet lag recovery. ;-) Time will tell...

We have an impressively large crop of finches this spring, exciting entertainment for the kitties and near daily filling of the bird feeders!

It will take me a few days to recover from jet lag and get caught back up on all in LL. Fortunately it is the last week of the school semester! party_cat

Welcome home Anne! I'm glad you had a good trip, they say flying east to west isn't as bad as the reverse, but you still will feelit.

I can imagine the homecoming party last night. Today looks to be nice and quiet, i hope you can rest~

Welcome home Anne, and glad the trip went well. Yes, Zener sure is flat and getting ready for some action. Nice report on both Zener and Tillie. Sounds like they really missed you. I can imagine the jet lag will take a few days or more to recover. Have a nice day and hope you can catch some rest.

Welcome home, Anne. I'm so glad that your trip went well. We call jet lag "jet ahead" when we head home from Europe!
How lucky that this is the last week of classes! Now you can have some free time (after exams and reading term papers, that is!).

The Z Man is lookin' pretty flat today and may indeed have something in store for later, so try to get some rest now!

Definitely a flat yellow day! Good test, happy appy and good shot, so the evening is starting off nicely. :lol: Thanks to all for the welcome home greetings. :YMHUG:

@Ann & Tess - you are so right, flying east to west isn't as bad as west to east, but I do still feel it. I did pretty good last night and slept until about 5 this morning, then managed to fall back asleep for another couple of hours, thank goodness. Today was a rest day for me and Zener. Who knows what tonight will bring. :roll:

@Melissa & Mr T - it was a wonderful welcome home. Tillie likes it best when her family is all together. Zener is such a sweetheart giving me a day to catch up. :razz:

@Ann & Maggie - Zener gave me the day to rest, we'll see what happens tonight. :cool:

@carla - it's good to be home! :-D

@Amy - all were thrilled I am home and so am I! I hope we don't have too much drama tonight, I need another day or two before I get back on my night duty schedule, not that that will matter to the mighty Z. :lol:

@Lisa & Leo - kitty HBO, that is a crack up. :lol:

@Ella & Rusty - I like the "jet ahead" term, I will start using it! My plan is to have all my grading done by Thursday, and be done with it! I am sorry I missed out on Mannie week in the city. Liz will have to catch me up! :razz:

There is nothing like starting a cycle with happy appy AND a happy crap dash! Wishing a calm evening to all in LL.

Welcome home Anne! I bet you are so glad to be back, even when the trip is successful there is just no place like home.

What a flat day for Zener. Plans for you later Zener? no sliding at night now, K?
