Yesterday http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=70415 was a bounce recovery day from the string of blues the night before. I went to bed after red and pink tests, and what do I see this morning, but yellow! Wahoo! Hope it's the sign of some better things to come.
I've been telling Neko I am tired of those pink and black AM stripes on the spreadsheet.

This is cycle 7 at 4.75 units.

The weather is mixed conditions here. Neko has had one yard patrol already. She was hungry as usual this morning and is now waiting for the autofeeder to do it's thing. She lies in front of it, staring intently, trying to will it into action. Sorry kid, still have 3/4 hour to go.

fantastic - that was a fairly quick resolution to the last bounce. she may have gone into lower numbers after her 319 last night - which would make it a 24 hr resolution to the bounce. that's good. love that string of blues the night before. let's see more of that!

That AMPS looks like its promising great numbers to come today :-D

Love the autofeeder story, at least Neko sits and watches and doesn't bang the whole thing across the kitchen floor like Leo does :roll:

WOW! Nicest start ever for Miss Neko. We've had yellow at +2 before, but only after plummeting off a cliff from the red or pink floor. Hopefully we'll ease into some nice blues or even ???? Settling in nicely so far to this dose.

Neko is now poised for the +2 autofeeder. It's a rotating one and she gets her paw in there trying to force it around faster. Hope she doesn't ruin the motor! :lol: It's too heavy to bat around, but she's not used to whacking mice like Leo is. I do have to make sure the lid is on securely or she will pry that off.

ETA: shoved her paw into the feeder to move it around, and right into the food. Currently licking food off her paw!

Neko's surfing on the yellow, maybe some blue & green in the afternoon?
So the auto feeder & Neko are becoming best friends? :lol:

Nice yellows today Neko! Too funny on the auto feeder story. Tarragon ran and hid and wouldn't come out when we tried it. He's a scaredy cat. Have a wonderful day.

:mrgreen: :mrgreen: Wahoo! I had to wake Neko up from the sofa, the same place she was when she first showed me a green. She just had a tsp of raw turkey and is back grooming her tummy on her chair.

Helen and PeterDevonMocha, your visits brought us luck by mentioning the little green man. Neko was listening! Time to surf.

Melissa, Neko was terrified of the autofeeder noise the first couple of times. She ran running away into the hallway, and I had to drag her back. Third time she got it, and how!

Well, nothing subtle about little miss Neko. When she bounces, she does it with conviction. Almost 300 points up in 4.5 hours. Can hardly wait to see what her PMPS number is! Guess I get to go to bed early tonight.

Just for the record, I was using the Bayer Contour today instead of the Relion and I've noticed before that it registers a little bit higher at the low numbers. I suspect if I had been using the regular Relion, I would have had Neko's lowest ever number, instead of tied for previous low. The reason for the switch was that I was having problems with the Relion wicking this AM, and once I start using a meter for a cycle, I keep using the same one for consistency.

you are busted Neko, you've obviously been hanging out with Rupert and taking bouncing lessons! now STOP THAT!!!!!! he is a very very naughty and a bad influence, your mamabean will be grounding you permanently if you keep hanging out with the bad boys!!!!
