Not sure what's up with her numbers this morning. Still bouncing? Making the switch I requested? Generally causing me stress? All of the above? I did feed her 7% at +2, which was probably a mistake based on her +3, but she's been dropping every morning and I wanted to stop that from happening if possible. Although she usually will have dropped by +2, so maybe I should have known better?

I need to go pick up a couple of miter saws I dropped off to be fixed (they're not fixed, it was too expensive), and it's also raining. Yaaay.

I hope that folks have a good Tuesday.

Hope she comes back down gently today, Alicia. Seems you are safe to go do your errands at the moment, Kit cat is hanging in the blues :cool:

I think I may have had a fur shot this morning. I can not for the life of me think of any other reason why she would be hitting over 300 if it wasn't. Oof.

This is very unlike her. Is she otherwise doing okay, with behaviors and appetite? Any sign of UTI?
Possible furshot - hope she'll respond to insulin in PM.

Super unlike her. No signs of UTI, she's eating well, peeing and pooping regularly in the litter box. No changes. I'm just so annoyed about it - it seemed like maybe we were getting closer to stopping the bouncing for a bit, but this won't help that. She definitely didn't appreciate me giving a thorough sniff for the smell of insulin and a thorough pat down to see if I could feel a wet spot.
 
So, my parents are both diabetic. My mom takes a fast acting insulin with dinner and a slower acting insulin before bed. She takes 5 units at dinner and 45 at bed. She accidentally took 45 units of the fast acting at bed tonight. She's now in the ER getting ready to be hooked up to a glucose drip because she dropped to 52. Holy yikes. :eek::(
