Well, from Disco’s numbers it seems like I didn’t even change his dose! Even fewer blues (just one) and a pink!
And the other disappointing news to report as he’s put on more weight! He’s up to 13# 4 oz now! He has been gaining the last couple of months and I thought it was because of all the snacks he was getting a blood test time. I was doing those feedings, even some MC and HC instead of LC, to keep him from dipping and I thought that might be the reason for his weight gain.
Disco was very obese 16 pounds a few years ago and I finally with diligence got him down to his target weight of 12# and he’s easily maintained that for quite a while on a twice a day raw food diet.
I think I may have to go back to feeding each cat separately /(instead of what I’ve been doing the past 8 months since I moved back to Oregon because of the temporary living situation—feeding all 3 cats on one plate and letting them graze) and feed Disco the 225 calories per day in snack-like meals.
We did get out Strollin’ today and while Disco didn't burn any calories, it was an outdoor adventure aka environmental stimulation!
