Shooting late... stood in line for an hour and a half to sample the offerings at one of the food trucks. What kills me is that I could have left at 6:45 and been back and wouldn't have missed my place in line. Thankfully, with these numbers I think Willie will be good. He's out having some patio time at the moment. May join him with some wine in a bit!

Hi guys... sorry about the post this AM - bummer, but have been there too....

what a wonderful set of numbers for willie - Another one of those condos that i have to visit - feel good condos. It is so great to see this progress. Willie - you rock!

Bummer on the house front? I take it that is not good news? Guess I will have to visit LLips.
