Starting BUPE for 1 week and still increasing dose. Test for HD conditions when possible.
Spoke with vet today, and decided that BUPE was the best pain killer for Shishi. Due to Tramadol being a substitution when BUPE is not available. Vet suggested that Tramadol is not as responsive in cats. And Metacam is a nono
Had a pink number come back again, and it seems that Shishi is adjusting to the high doses. Not sure if she had a residual infection again, or pancreatitis flare up. shes now on 8.25 units.
Will test her urine for concentration to see if her kidneys are infected in the next few days. or see if she responds to BUPE. Hope to see more blues now.
