Safe trip! The kitties are spending the day w/ Moonie on the Boardwalk, but will there to meet Rusty when he arrives.

Hi again,
We made it! A tough trip, about 7 hours of driving in heavy traffic. Rusty did well. He had his vomit before we left the driveway (no hairball, however), and later had another but was ok and a good traveler. Today was the annual 5 boro bike tour in the city and roads were closed to traffic, but i was able to take other routes that i knew. I used to marshall this tour, a real headache because so many of the riders only ride their bikes on this one day and are a real hazzard to each other.
Rusty is sleeping. He ate FF T&G when we got here at +10, and again for dinner at PMPS. He's exhausted (me too). He's off to Moonie's birthday party shortly, bringing her a bouquet of fresh catmint.

Thanks to all beans and kitties for making the full moon party such a great success.
Got to go catch up a bit now.

Rusty!! I am so there.... CENTRAL PARK! SWEET! Sorry you got sick in the car... what a bummer... :? You need any soup or anything? I can come right over....~~ Mannie ppssssttt... nice tough on the fresh catmint bouquet for Moonie - she'll love it.

oh my on the trip! I think a nice do-nothing evening is in order after a drive like that. oh wow on the bike tour... I can so see those that only ride once a year: scary.....
 
Glad you all made it safely to NYC. Poor Rusty but glad he made it ok with just a little pukus.

Enjoy your time there. Tobes is ready for hot dogs!
