WOW on yesterday.  The SUPERMOON ruled the roost here yesterday. The morning was one 'd just as soon forget - PINK! Ugh, I Hate pink!  Nicholas spent most the day here yesterday, so his mom and dad could go to two sport events. So with Mannie being PINK we headed to one of the river parks. Imagine my surprise when I got home and Mannie's PMPS was 98. So.... being diligent I retested, got a 97, considered the tests good. So being even more diligent I tested at +1 and got a 346. WHAT?  So retested that and got a 330.... thank you SUPERMOON.  What a strange PM cycle. MJ: good luck with Mannie's graph.   wow .... Lubs ya big guy - what a ride! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D I had DGS all of yesterday. What fun! Tired, but fun!! This I will share... It was late, about 9PM and DGS was till going strong. I wish I had the energy of a 16 month old... About 20 minutes later he curled up on my lap, fell sound sleep, a deep sleep. Mannie came over to check him out, make sure he was OK. LOL: he sniffed from one end to the other, and once satisfied that all was well he curled up on the arm of the sofa, as close as he could get, started purring loud, really loud. He rested his head on my arm, keeping an ever watchful eye on the sleeping Nicholas. What a Kodak moment... PRICELESS. This morning we had a great test, shoot and clean plate club - AND the auto feeder still continues to be used by Mannie (though he is still missing one each morning! - oh oh!), and Elsa still thinks it has her name on it, and is ever so happy when he chooses to ignore it.... Some things just never change. Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone! Today is FOR SURE catch up day! With Nicholas here most of yesterday and last night there is much day to day stuff left undone.   As a dear friend always says: no worries! There is always tomorrow. And so there is. It is a sunny day here today - I may just go on a hike instead. That sounds like a much more fun option!!

Hey everybody!!! We are off to NYC !!! Rusty is there and well - we got the whole week!! I so wanna ride in the carriages.... I lUBS the carriages... and the ferries... and the fishing in the East River,.... and the library cats... and and and.... AND guess what!! it is Moonie's sweet 16 birthday!!!! So.... we gots to celebrate that in the BIG APPLE. I got the bus all ready and stuff - so LET"S ROLL! See you guys soon!! ~ Mannie

And completely OT: Here are some photos from Nicholas's and My adventure yesterday: Luke McRedmond Park, on the Sammamish River. I also included the FaceBook links in case anyone wants to see all the photos. The videos are also posted there: Nicholas at Luke McRedmond Park on the Sammamish River

Re: 5/6 Mannie AMPS 249

Morning Michelle, wow that must have been the Moon with the 97 for Mannie and then shooting up to 346! Mannie is full of surprises! So cute with the way Mannie was watching over DGS yesterday. You must be tired but what fun to have him again yesterday. Mannie, how about a nice surf today. I can't wait to see MJ's graph, too. Cute pics of DGS and thanks for the links. I always enjoy your FB pics and videos.

Mannie, I'm all ready for the bus to NYC and celebrating Moonie's birthday. That was an awesome party yesterday and you outdid yourself again with all the good food. I'll bring some snacks for us on the bus ride. See ya at the curb.

Re: 5/6 Mannie AMPS 249, +2 259

Mannie, that was a crazy cycle last night! I hope this flat yellow means your bean can go hiking today and you're thinking about some blues and greens later. You do such a good job with Nicholas. Have a great day, Michelle!
Liz

Give you bean a nice easy day. I think she deserves to go out on a hike. As you say , catch up tomorrow. :? I say that a lot too.

Re: 5/6 Mannie AMPS 249, +2 259, +5.5 114, +6.5 99

114 @ +5.5 :-D
99 @ +6.5
WOOT! We made green!! and it seems his nadir has shifted  .... this will warrant a +7.5.

Hi Georgia - I'll second that! Last night was NUTS! I am ever so g;ad that he didn't bounce to the moon today becasue of it. PHEW!! and yupp - I really think Mannie and Nicholas are. That watch last night was so very nice.

Hi Ann - I kinda think it was: the effects of the moon. It didn't even occur to me until Ella mentioned it - I was thinking.. omg , and what in the world! He's done crazy stuff before with the full, and new moons.... It was cute with Mannie -I just loved the loud purr too - very special. and yes, tired I am! he's a very bust and active 16 month old... but so much fun! Thanks on the pics, and you're welcome n the links. :-D

Hi Pat - he must have read your post - we have BLUE! , and now GREEN. Sweet!

Hi Liz - oh yes on last night. OMG - one for the books with him, and I thought I'd seen everything he could possibly dish out. Never a dull moment! Thanks too on today - I did get i a local hike - not the one I had planned, I just couldn't get it together enough to be out the door at 6AM...   I had intended to hike Eastern Washington, for our version of a desert hike. Well - maybe next weekend. :-D and thank you so much on Nicholas. He responds so to evertything that it is just fun!

HI Ann - oh yes on the pinks - and last night was SO CRAZY! darn supermoon! oh no on Tess - she's red??? Mannie says he has ropes on the bus, a rescue mission is now in progress.... GO MANNIE! and I agree - catch up tomorrow... and me too - seem to be saying that alot here too.

Hey Maggie - awesome! It will be such a great day. I'm not too sure when Rusty gets there, but it would be cool to have a welcoming get-together for when he does arrive. Hey - thanks for the snacks for the bus ride! See you at the curb! ~~ Mannie
