Exactly the same as it was before! every two hours a teaspoon of lc food and two bigger meals every 12h!
For example, last small meal was 8 am tested her at 10am and fed her after that her bigger meal and the automatic feeder is set every two hours until 10pm when she will have the second bigger meal!

So she gets food at +10 in both cycles? Try advancing that to +9 and see?
Will she be okay with food at +3, +6 and +9? Same total amount of food but split into 3 meals between the 2 big meals?

With cats that produce their own insulin, BG comes down 3 hours after food. This is because the pancreas produce insulin in response to food. For cats on very small doses and in OTJ trials, we suggest feeding a snack at +9 in both cycles to see if that brings down the preshot values.
