Just feed now and test 3 hours after food to see if it brings her back into green. Don't feed after this till +3.Pm test above 100
106 is within meter variance of green and it's not unusual to see some low blues during an OTJ trial.

Take a look at this SS - they just recently went OTJ and have low blues as well. You're doing just fine. No insulin yet.

Jude's spreadsheet above was with the AT, so some low blues are still in the AT normal BG range.
It does look like Karamela is making her own insulin. It is very normal for cats to scare their caregivers by giving the odd blue during the OTJ trial. It's a cat thing.

AT = Alphatrak or pet meter.
