Pumbaa finally dropped down to 254 at his +4 point last night. Yea!
I didn't start a new pen this morning since his numbers didn't continue to climb in the 300s last night.
I'm thrilled that we haven't seen any more black or red numbers since 5/1/12. I'm praying that he settles down today and has a day filled with yellow!
I'm also thrilled that I'm no longer tossing syringes right and left, now that I patiently wait for the pen to fill the syringe. It's actually kinda fun watching this happen, and it's a joy to not be fighting huge air bubbles any more. Plus, I'm also more confident/more patient when I'm doing the injections, and haven't done a fur shot in 17 cycles! Pumbaa was being Mr. Wiggle Butt yesterday morning, so I put some parmesan cheese on his food, and he was so busy gobbling it, he ignored me when I went to do the injection.
I'm going to not give the boys any FF classics today and tomorrow, and see if that does, indeed, make a change in Pumbaa's numbers. Food must be affecting his numbers because he eats a whole lot more between his AMPS and PMPS than he does after his PMPS. But more often than not, the food I leave out overnight is gone in the morning.
