WCR: brought back one of her much larger toys this morning, I know it is a feat for her to drag it around so I thought for sure she would be low again. Nope. Probably still trying to come down from that nasty pink at +5 last night. Still not sure what happened there. She had been doing so good and peter swears it was not a furshot, but she just kept climbing all night. She did get some toothpaste last night which she hadn't gotten in a few weeks but I can't imagine that would have anything to do with it.

OK Mocha - time to take a trip back down to blues ville or green gables. Your choice as long as it is down.....

Hi, Devon & Mocha!! Looking at her SS, I suspect she will be Blue again today/tonight!! yay! Short trip to RBC!! Is Mocha taking better to her teeth being brushed? Wishing you both a fabulous Day!! :mrgreen:

I hope the bounce is short lived. You're trying brushing her teeth too? What are you using?

yes, we are using toothpaste on mocha. We gave up trying to use an actual toothbrush on her. The vet said even her just licking the toothpaste off our finger is better then nothing, so that is what we did last night. It was vet approved toothpaste, I posted the ingredients on here after we got it from our vet, after her dental. The ingredients all seemed safe to use on diabetics. We stopped doing it for a few weeks because at night we both just seem to exhausted to do one more thing, but I told peter staying up an extra minute or two and getting toothpaste in her mouth is going to be a lot easier then coming up with the money for another dental anytime soon!

I just wish that she would of had a lower amps this morning, like the last two, because now I will question if the toothpaste had anything to do with her numbers.

gave mocha MC at +2.5 and at +3. Hoping to see her surf, but I have a feeling this is one of those nights she wants to show us what she can do, no matter how much MC we get in her.

No kidding. Someone wants to be a show off! Either that, or Mocha was craving gravy!!!
 
ok, gave mocha more HC gravy and now we are heading off to bed. She has her reg. lc food in her auto feeder and we are stocked with HC and MC food. Will grab a +5 and others as needed
