larry very touchy for shots. no matter where i try to do it. he cries and tries to get away. takes a lot of patience. not sure why hes sore or what to do different.
hopefully will still find someone local one day that can give an opinion.

I honestly think he is reacting to the sting of the Lantus and probably do much better on Levemir. Both Musette and Autumn acted that way on Lantus, but on Levemir didn't even look up.

Some cats are very sensitive to Lantus.

I totally agree with Mel. Sammy wasnt too bad for Lantus, but when we switched to Levemir, I realised what a difference there was. She never even noticed that she had been given Lev. Just looked at me like "Huh? where is the sting?"
