Morning LL.

We're in flat number world, which I guess is good, just wish they'd be flat at a little lower number. We shall play the waiting game though.

Outside of that Munch has started peeing everywhere. This morning in my closet. I'm really tired of cleaning pee out of carpet and we have no clue what is causing this. I have a call into the vet to double check, but I swore her urine was clean outside of sugar at our last visit. My only other thought maybe she's suffering from allergies? Maybe? I'm reaching for anything at this point.

I hope everyone else's day started better! Also all the other kitties should head down to blue and green. We will be holding the fort here in yellow and pink just fine. :smile:

Sorry about Munchkin and the peeing problem. I hope the Vet calls soon and you can double check on the test results.

Good luck with the peeing problem and call into the vet. We ended up having to keep the doors closed on our closet and ensuite bathroom, and added a litter box to the main bathroom bathtub and my office. SInce Neko wanted to go there, it just gave her a place to use - which she does now, mostly.

Munchkin, try out some of the other floors. There's a lot of other kitties down on the blue floor who are looking forward to meeting you.

We moved! We Moved! She's still yellow, but I'll take it!

Now.. Here's my question. I put her in the laundry room after she peed in my closet this morning. She's been there for 5 hours. She also has gotten less food today (1.5 oz less total, so far). I know the general rule is to let them eat what they want (within reason) in the beginning, or I should say that was my understanding. But I'm wondering if I've just been carbing her up by giving her food when she wants it. (Maybe the friskies still has too many carbs?) Or she could just finally be responding to the increase. Anyone have a thought on the matter? Or what I could do to figure out which might be the more likely answer?

I just spoke with Munchkin's vet. There was a urinalysis done 3 weeks ago, that was all clear, but since she hasn't had much improvement diabetes wise he is wondering if maybe an infection has started. He doesn't feel it's necessary to bring her in, and go through putting her under and put her through the stress so he's going to send me some antibiotics.
