Good Morning LL...

Healing thoughts to all our kitties who aren't feeling well today. A salute and Thank You to all our Veterans...Peaceful Memorial Day.

Zoe is doing pretty well......even though her numbers aren't really reflecting that. Can't seem to get out of the bright sunny yellows the last couple of days :sad: BUT, she is pretty happy and playful, eating well - 3 breffis this morning and a snack of cooked chicken. Clavamox devoured in 1st breffis (yay!) ;-) ;-) So I am trying not to focus on the numbers and to focus on Miss Zoe....love ya baby girl!

Morning!! And a happy sunny yellow day for Miss Zoe. It's nice to read that she's playful, eating well, being Zoe. Sometimes it is hard to focus on that and not worry about the numbers. After all this time I still worry about the numbers. Mannie could are less. :smile:

Happy to hear that Miss Zoe is doing so well today. I agree with Michelle..it is hard to not focus on the numbers but if your kitty is happy and doing well, that is what counts most! Glad she is taking her Clavamox without a problem.

Michelle and Georgia, I am so trying to NOT worry about the numbers - but geez today is FLAT yellow - they hardly moved at all. I don't know what to think....more insulin? less insulin? continue as is? :roll:

But she is a purry kitty....eating well all day and looks good....maybe just a little quiet. :YMSIGH:

Wow Sherry, Zoe really likes those sunny numbers. They say, that when a cat stays flat so long like that, to expect big things to come. Here's hoping your girl, goes down to a beautiful blue now.
I hope you're enjoying the holiday.
 
Champ is a prime example of flat yellows leading to great things!! I'm sure something good is fixin' to happen!! :-D

I would bump her dose up to try to get another breakthrough. Sometimes you have to go up to go down. Just be alert because once she hits her breakthrough, she might start earning reductions quickly.
 
Libby - would you do an increase now and go to 1.75? Or would it be better to wait until she is done with the Clavamox? I have an order of tests strips coming either Weds or Thurs - so I'm not worried about testing.
