Been a tough 2 weeks for Harley and me. Work has been a ***** and he suffered for it. Had late shots, skipped one altogether but he seems ok through it all.
I found an old post that I had printed and want to know what you all think of it. Hate to say that I don't remember who even suggested this but it has to do with the use of R at +8 or +9. Harley was in a bounce and I wondered how I could have avoided it. He hit 170 and when way up from there. In part it reads:
"Have you ever used R at +9 or +10? Like with that 170 at +9. If he'd had a touch of R in the second half of the next cycle to just hold him flat until the next lantus took effect, it might've kept him out the the pinks."
He is in that cycle again? This kinda makes sense to me.

Anyone reading this who might be new - please remember that this is a question about Harley only and any answer should not be used on your cat. Harley has IAA and it affects the use of insulin.
