Pink and yellow all day, but apparently at night she went down, since at PM +5 she was at 304. This either lends credence to Sienne's theory (for Mannie) that nadir may have changed or else Buzz's liver decided to get with the program or.... :?: Who knows!

WCR: Buzz was chasing Eve around, probably trying to give her her birthday spanks. All 3 kitties are beside themselves with excitement for the party tonight and they keep asking me when it's going to get dark so kitties will start showing up. It's a beautiful day here in STL: sunny and 85 degrees. Come one, come all! Hopefully Buzz will still be wearing green (or blue).

both Raja & Shadow are waiting anxiously for night to fall too....they just can't wait!

I'm too depressed to even comment on it. :evil:

The kitties have started arriving for Eve's party. Mannie looks wonderful in blue, and Raja looks beautiful in green like she always does. Shadow immediately started inquiring about the diabetic s'mores, and Buzz told him that was for after dark. Stu is on his way, I think, and all the kitties are excited to see him. Tess and Do Lou will hopefully be arriving soon, too. Eve doesn't know what to think about all this revelry, especially for HER birthday. She is hanging back a little but she will soon be partying with the rest of them. Cricket (Buzz's brother) is anxiously waiting for Blackie to get here because they look like twins and have never met. So far so good. I'm trying to stay out of the way mostly, but I have a good spying spot picked out for when they are all around the firepit. I'll report back as the action unfolds.

oh, a little bit of a bounce at +9. I hope Buzz clears it quickly.

Mannie was so excited to be able to wear blue to the party - he was sure, after this morning, that he would be in pink.

Happy Birthday Eve!!

Sarah, Sara is on her way also. She's running a little late. You know these girls when they can't decide what to wear. She picked out her pink chiffon dress with the lace around the bottom. She does look cute. She should be arriving pretty soon. She can't wait to play with the other kitties.

Enjoy the party. Wish I was there too.

Blackie will be there. Its still early in this time zone and he wants to be fashionably late. But now you know, he just loves these parties.

now, make sure they clean up tonight and not plan clean up parties for days and days after tonight! :lol:

Sara and Blackie just arrived and they make a dashing couple in their pink and green. Shadow and Cricket are whispering in a corner and Mannie is passing out drinks. Raja and Buzz are making sure everyone is taken care of, and Eve wants to know when the dancing will start. It's starting to get dark and the niptinis are flowing. I figure soon they will head outside to start the fire. Don't worry, Pat, I will have them clean up some tonight and Buzz and Cricket will do the rest in the morning. :)

Happy Birthday Eve! Tuscany is on her way - she was out in the garden harvesting new catnip shoots. We have tons of new plants - all with tender little leaves that she is bringing as a special treat.

Whew, what a night! Scrabble and Tuscany arrived fashionably late just in time for the fire. The diabetic s'mores were a hit, as were Stu's parfait and Tuscany's leafy greens. Blackie's party hats looked great on everyone, and Mannie made an excellent dance instructor. They howled and chirped for a long time until they finally got sleepy around 1 a.m. They were all lovely guests and I would have them again in a minute. Pat, I don't know how you do all those big parties; my hat's off to you (and Shadow and Raja).
