Good morning!
Bella is doing well, still in blue in the morning. She was very hungry yesterday night, I came back late and I think she missed her usual snack at +2. Her limping is a lot better, I decreased the Gabapentin, we'll see how she is doing.

Btw, I'm sure you already know this, but they say one must slowly taper off the gabapentin and not stop it abruptly.

Thank you, Bhomma! Yes, I went from 3 ml to 2.5 a few days ago and I'm still at 2.5. She's doing well for now.

Well, tonight she's limping again and she licked and bit her back leg so much that it's almost bleeding so I'll go back to 3 ml and I think I'm going to find a vet at the ver school, maybe.

Doesn't sound like neuropathy to me. Did the vet get x-rays the last time?

Yes, she sais there was just a little bit of arthritis, not enough to explain the pain. She was better a few days, then she seems in pain again, it’s weird. She reacts when I touch her legs and the lower part of her back. I want to take her to the university, maybe they can do more, and they also have acupuncture and alternative treatments.

If there is arthritis, you could ask your vet for Adequan shots. They are given subq and you can give them at home.
