Here we go. Fed Med Carb at PMPS+1.75 and now some karo syrup/high carb at +2.75. He's acting fine but didn't want to take a chance that he's going to totally crash once the Lantus kicks in. Don't see much sleep in my future tonight...

Gave him LC FF topped with some HC gravy at +3.75.
