5.2.2010 Condo

Hope everyone had a great Weekend! Mannie did - it was construciton free, and he was happy. He loves his new kitchen floor - I find him stretched out in the middle of it. Weird, as it is tile, and not exactly warm. :shock: Today they grout, and begin work on the shower - so more noise for a day or two. It is in a section of the house that they not usually visit, so maybe it won't stress them out too much. paws crossed!

Interesting start to the day for Mannie. AMPS @ 361, dropping at +2 to a 301. Might be a busy morning... aiming for those bloos and greens. and Goooooooooo Mannie!

:lol: :lol: :lol: and this is the KING of drama you are talking about. I hope for a gradual clear, but not always what Mannie has planned... I think it is a plot to keep me nearby. :lol:

Yo Mannie, My mamabean says to tell you it really IS the weather!!! Now, about that construction: keep away from the grouting, man--that's noisy! Sounds like you like your new floor. Enjoy, and bring those numbers down gradually to blue and maybe even green. We could all wear blue or green to Max's party tonight. See you there!

Woah, look at Mannie go....however, he's going pretty fast there, isn't he!! Yo, Dude, slow and steady!!!

Glad to see that your boy is enjoying his new floor. You know the reason why he's in love with it right now is because it's new and it's got to be HIS. He will eventually let you claim it, lol!!

Hmmmmm - a slow clear. oh sure. a 182 @ +4, and the king of drama is at it again... 120 point drop in 2 hours. Nadir ought to be interesting. Well - maybe he'll decide to surf those blues, and not keep be busy with lancets and test strips. :lol:

hi Deb - I don't think mannie knows what slow and steady means.... cliff diving as Sienne so aptly named it. Aiyee!

and so are so right with the floor - he is claiming it. His turf, his house, his everything. the boy rules the roost.

Wow nice drop for him today!!!! Can't wait to see his nadir! So obviously the construction must have been messing with his numbers, huh? Glad to hear you are in the final stages!!! Hope you have a happy Monday!!!

Hi Michelle - think you are right - re: numbers and construction... we are through the part that affects his part of the house, well almost done. He will be happy!

and YAY!!! 168 at nadir, or +6. I think sometimes his nadir can be anywhere from +5 to +6. But YAY - I hope we surf this for today. that would be so nice!

HOORAY! A blue surf day, for the most part. Paws crossed that this continues for a while, maybe even go :mrgreen: a little. Go Mannie!!!!

WCR: It has been a good quiet day here (construction dude is delayed, bummer, but good for the kitties). Weather is unreal: sun wind hail rain fog clouds you name it - it showed up here. Soooooo - meant an indoor day for Mannie, snuggled in his bed I-) I-) . Though - as always - he made sure I tested him at +4 - he knew he was blue, wanted me to see it: sat there in his test spot hollering up a storm, tons of "I told you so" meows after test. What a guy! We had a ray of sun about 4 pm - more hollers to let him out while he had the chance to soak up a few rays....

Woo Hoo! and we have :mrgreen: 94 @ +3 and it looks like a little diligence will be in order this evening.

And Stu - Mannie made me promise that he could still go to Max's party... so he is on his way. Keep your eye on him though. I hope you bought some of that wonderful eats you had the other night - he may need them. Party Hearty dude!

Hi Sienne - yep we did. a little at each test.

we are at 76 @ +4 - nice, but still dropping, and will check him again in a few. LC: 1 tsp given at +4.

The drop is slowing down. Hopefully, Mannie will get on the surfboard soon.
