Yesterday's Condo
I am being a little conservative with the stalling as our meter tests at the high end of the 20% range sometimes even in the mid-50s. I don't want to be struggling to keep him up tonight, so I'm waiting until our meter reads 70 before shooting. He was in the 70s at +6, so it looks like he'll be earning a dosecrease very soon! Sorry we didn't post yesterday... busy day of shopping for the house. Willie is doing fantastic, which is good, given that I didn't make it to Costco to get a new pen.
Got a lot of packing done today and got myself a new laptop, so posting should be much easier... we have early mornings, so I've been posting from the Android. Plus, the desktop setup is less than ideal in the living room, and the computer was old and pretty slow. One of the big furniture stores was running 30 months/no interest financing, but I had picked out just a couple items that didn't meet the minimum purchase amount for the promotion. Rather than fill-in with some decorative stuff I wasn't entirely sure I wanted, I went with the new 'puter instead. Also got a new inexpensive office chair as I will be working from home 1-2 days/week once I get moved in and figured I should have something that won't kill my back. My other purchase was a chair/ottoman for the living room as I really only have a sofa (the chair currently in my living room is headed to the office in the new house). Also found some perfect bedding and a couple of great thrift store furniture pieces that with a little work will work great! Hoping to find some more good stuff at garage sales next week.
Willie has been "helping" lots today, though the chaos stresses him out a little. We've been productive... almost all the unnecessary living room and dining room stuff is packed. Going to tackle clothes tonight/tomorrow. Was hoping to do some of that at the new house since I will have my own washer/dryer, but with the delayed closing, it was either do laundry or buy new underwear!! He hasn't spent much time on the patio, which is odd, but I think he just wants to supervise! :lol: :lol: :lol:
