Out of fear of holding his dose too long, I wanted to check in on his dose. His numbers have been all over the place. Has he done anything worthy of a dose change?

I'd like to see how the cycle plays out today. It's too soon to tell if this is a bounce.

I woke up worried that I should increase things as Tiki's numbers had been all over the place. But have decided to stick with 4 units tonight as Tiki has had a good day. Sienne had said 3 times at below 50 before a dose change for a kitty back from the falls. So I am holding firm tonight at 4.

Is this right? Did I understand correctly?

Yup. You've got the plan down. The only thing I'd add is that if Tiki drops below 40, that's an automatic reduction of 0.25u.

OK thanks! I will be gone all day tomorrow (technically, today already) for work so wont be able to get any mid cycle checks in, but he's already back in the 200's (sigh) so it may not matter anyway. It's like he's on a pogo stick bouncing up and down every day.
