All's good in Pollywood. Summer has arrived here in the high desert. Absolutely, positively must get back on the roof tonight to finish hooking up my evaporative cooler, a ubiquitous southwest cooling system that's much less expensive than traditional air conditioning.

And then there are the weeds sprouting up, some near as tall as I, to tackle. Guess I've got my weekend plans pretty well determined!

Cats are being bums. Heat will do that! Dog's being over-the-top crazy. Too hot to take him for a run 'til the sun goes down. Me? I am just being cranky!

Curious to see where Polly goes tonight after that PMPS. At least she goofed in her planning; tomorrow's not Friday!
