Morning all,

We hope everything is well with the kitties and all the kitties are on low floors.

All is well in Leo Land. I actually went to bed early last night, cause someone decided to bounce on me, and is continuing to bounce. I could hear him smacking his lips and dish not too long ago, so I'm not surprised by the 380. I thought I had left out only a few bites last night but I guess it was too much. He was still waiting by his dish when I woke up, but this time in his kitty bed instead of laying right beside it. I got a hug and purrs after breffis was done.

Leo is such a gentle soul. Luv the hugs and purrs we get from our furbabies.

Leo's unsuccessful mouse hunt video. This took place at my parents acreage on Wednesday evening. The first 3 minutes or so is just me trying to sneak up on him, you'll also see a cameo appearance by Leo's brother Toban, who rubbed up against my leg and scared the bejebus outta me!

That is very cute!!! What a great pasture for them to hunt miceys in. I love, towards the end, how he pops his head up, then ducks back down!!! He's BIG!!

To answer your question on our condo: Gracie has chronic meibomanitis. It's an inflammation of the meibomial glands on her eyelids. It is, unfortunately, chronic because we can't give her steroids (which is what caused her FD). If we could, it would most likely totally clear up. I would say that no one, but us and the vet, would know there is anything wrong. But, like yesterday, I know it is flaring up a bit when she starts a little squintiness. She is on cyclosporine ointment....once a week unless she has a flare up and then twice a week. BTW, her eye vetty is Canadian!!! A very wonderful young woman who adores Grace.

hahaha, that was cute. leo is a big guy too! what a beautiful place - loved the sound of the crickets. was that at sunrise? it was really lovely.

Yes my Leo is a big guy, he weighs about 15.6 lbs, and he's lost weight too! Before his dx he was around 17 lbs. The video was taken just before sunset, lotsa froggers there and birds. But its mostly the frogs that you hear on the video. It's very peaceful at my parents place, a nice getaway from the city life and sounds.

It sounds so peaceful. That video was adorable!!!! So glad you put Unsuccessful in your description - else I would have missed out on it LOL. It is so nice to see them out and about.

So glad I got to see Leo in action, but so glad I didn't see an actual capture!!! :lol: :lol:

Looks like his numbers have come down quite nicely. Champ, on the other hand, is not cooperating!! Oh well, stress-free day for me, I guess! :-D

he didn't care too much in catching the mice!!! he knew food would be on his plate regardless ;-)
