Happy Caturday, LL! We send healing vines to all who need them today and we are keeping MJ, Linda, and Roni still in our thoughts and prayers.

Gracie is unusually quiet this morning. I'm a little worried about her.....she did eat really well and was out on the enclosed patio for a bit but she doesn't have her usually purry, chirpy face on today. Her eyes seems to be bothering her a little and she seems tired. Nothing I can put my finger on but just a wee bit off today. I'll be home all day with her to keep an eye on her especially because her AMPS this morning indicates to me that she will probably have some nice numbers today....pray for flat blue!!! :lol: :lol:

Mike will be home tonight and we'll have two whole days off together...I can't wait!! What a treat to have him home on a Sunday.

Feel better Gracie. Glad you are able to stay home to monitor our little Scottish Fold Snuggle Bunny.

Hoping you and Mike can spend some quality time together this weekend.

And BTW....he gets an A++ for humor.....and, Marje, so do you. You both just crack me up w/your posts sometimes. Y'all have to be a hoot together.

She must have just been tired because she is perking up now and taking a bath....has that energetic look back in her eyes. Still...I'll keep an eye on her today. I'm surprised at her +2....guess she wants to bounce a little longer. At least I hope she will stay below the renal threshold to do it.

I just looked up at Tobey and Gracie on their condo and his eyes....while always huge....were like enormous marbles :lol: :lol: :lol: he sees some reflection of something on the wall!!!

Ann: :lol: :lol: I will definitely send her equipped with the appropriate eye wear and sunblock!

Barb: I think she's ok now....maybe the vetty visit yesterday kept her from getting her required 22 hours of sleep :lol:

Tena: I love that...Scottish Fold Snuggle Bunny...and she is!!!! Thanks on the special grade for Mike...I'll tell him. He always cracks me up...he is MUCH funnier than I am :lol: :lol: :lol: He always has funny lines for the passengers, too, when something happens....like a delay. I definitely think a great sense of humor helps keep a marriage strong.

Happy to hear little Gracie is feeling better and maybe she just wanted a little more rest and sleep to get her back to her energetic self. It sounds like you have found the perfect man! I agree -- humor definitely helps keep a marriage going, especially during the tough times.

Gracie! I thought the crown had been passed onto someone else? Or is she just being a bouncy girl? Glad to hear she's feeling better, what exactly is wrong with her eyes?

Hi Marje, so glad Gracie perked up. Sometimes I get worried when Maggie isn't being her energetic self, and then she perks up later. I guess they, too, have an off day or few hours. Nice you have Mike home for the weekend. Maggie is no longer in the race for the crown, not sure what's up with that. I hope Gracies gives you some nice low blues and greens. Have a wonderful day.

Just saw that Gracie's eye vet is a Canadian. How cool!

Why can't she go on pred while on insulin? Can't you offset any damage by giving insulin or is this a no no.

Maybe some one just ate Gracies cookie and she was sad this morning!!
I know this one is like your other kiddos, but i just couldn't pass it up.. How freakin cute are they!!! Oh wait, you know the answer to that..
I'm so glad your little girl is getting back to feeling better. It's never fun when you have that "feeling" something is wrong with one of your kids
I'm so happy that you and Mike get to spend a couple of days together..Have a wonderful time doing whatever ;-) ;-)
Now that you feel better Gracie, how about showing us some pretty green :mrgreen:

Thank goodness Gracie perked back up. Probably just needed some additional beauty sleep; why, I don't know, cuz she's GORGEOUS already!! How nice Mike will be home for two full days!!! Have a great time, even if it's just puttering around the homestead!! :-D

WOOT.....FLAT BLUE SURF!!!!

Ann: yeah....she seems fine!! I guess just like us....some days I drag around, too, when I'm sleepy!

Karrie: yes, Dr. Gunderson is Canadian. At first she seemed kind of stand-offish but as we've gotten to know her, she is very vivacious and how she adores Gracie!! She said she knew Gracie was coming in yesterday and she looked forward to it all week. Gracie is a steroid induced diabetic and we don't know if it would set her back ....she's obviously very sensitive to steroids. She had been on a course of steroids twice ....the second time caused her BG to go up but enough to spill sugar in her urine but in a week or so, it came back down. Then a few months later, she got steroidal eye drops and that's when we started the whole sugardance.

Squirrel: that kitten is adorable!!! Yes, two of ours have folded ears. Hmmm....did someone eat your cookie, baby Gracie?? I can't wait until Mike gets home.

Patty: :lol: :lol: :lol: she probably did!! And she IS!! Actually, Mike will be home for FIVE whole days but I'll only be home ALL day for two of them...the others I have to go TBP ggrrrrrrrrrr :lol: :lol:

Hi guys! Glad to read that Gracie is OK, and just a little sleepy this morning. Must have needed her beauty sleep - that and perhaps she was just resting for all those parties the kitties have planned for today, and tomorrow.

There have been exceptionally good photos in this condo today. They all made me smile.

YAY on that blue!!! Go Gracie!! Now remember - no sliding onto those low greens at pmps, OK?

I'm going to be up super late cuz Danielle doesn't get home until 11 and I told her I'd wait to have dinner til then and then I don't want to go to bed with a full stomach and then there's usually a show I want to catch up on....I've got as many excuses not to go to bed as a five-year-old!! :lol: I don't think Champ's going to give me a reason to stay up, but I'll be up nonetheless. :-D

Thanks, Jill!!!! So far, only taking 4% and a drop of karo here and there. Much better than yesterday morning when I tried gravy again....Miss Zoom Cat of 2011!!! So many title for such a little baby girl.

Thanks for checking in on us. Thankfully, Mike will be home soon. I can use the company :-D :-D
