5/28 Autumn pmps-210, Cassanova pmps-333, Cali pmps-332

This morning maybe Cali's last shot she is dropping fast and hard before onset so thinking of taking her off tonight and see what she can do on her own. From the nightmare she started as she is now so incredibly social and has earned the nickname. Puppy !!! She follows me everywhere, chats up a storm and is now PLAYING!!! She chases toys and last night was sitting on her haunches to use both front paws to bat at a string toy.

If I sit down she's either in my lap or curled up next to me. She insist on eating with the kitchen gang and loves everyone. So much so I'll be talking to my vet about if her dad can't or won't take her back if he will sign a release so we can adopt her. Never in my wildest dreams when she first got here she would come so far in such a short time. Ideally she should still go home to her family but if that's not an option she's welcome to stay.

I am just not going to say "I told you so" - NOPE, just not going to say it! :lol:

I call my 5-year old civvie boys "Puppies" because my BF said that I was no longer allowed to call them kittens :lol: I crack myself up!!!

Oh and nice to see Autumn and Cassanova on the sundeck with Alska although I suspect that soon they will be looking for mermaids while Alska scorches his pink ears.

NOT MY IDEA!!! Jon's fault she warmed up to him first I'm still for shipping her back or putting her up for adoption but considering what our first couple months were like with her it would be tough to ask someone else to tolerate her temper to get her to this point again. She doesn't do change well at all.

Well, hopefully, her Dad can take her back and care for her properly. If no, I side with Jon on adding her to the gang. It's so nice to hear and warms my heart to see how she has turned around. After some of your early posts, I was worried for you and the rest of the gang. Amazing to see what some love and care can do. Go Cali!!!

Oh... and my mom has a friend that has nicknamed Max "puppy cat" cause he's such a big fluff of a Maine Coon. ;-)

Today is a good example Cali went from 520 @ +10.5 to 493 @ amps then ate breakfast (1/2 a can) got needle juice. Went to 435 @+3 then ate another 1/2 can half an hour before her +6 and is already down to 301! Now she's a Levemir girl..both Autumn and Cassanova are still rising at +3 so I can only conclude Cali's producing at least some of her own insulin.
