I'm hoping for a PZ smile today. So far, so good. I do split his food into mini-meals, usually 1/2 can with his shot, 1/4 can an hour later and another 1/4 can an hour after that. This weekend, I'm doing 1/2 and 1/2. So, he had 1/2 can FF at 5 with his shot, and 1/2 can at +2.

Should I be thinking about a dose-crease tomorrow if he hangs in the 400's and upper 300's today, without a nosedive?

Re: 5/27 Chuck 417 AMPS: 400 +2

Nice he didn't dive last night. :-D I'd see how today goes. We generally say 3 cycles before an increase but he is so volatile. It might be good to give him a little longer to settle in?

Re: 5/27 Chuck 417 AMPS: 400 +2

Oops I posted in yesterday's thread.

I agree, I'd give it a couple of cycles to see if a pattern emerges.

Is this the PZ smile starting? I'm liking the flatter numbers, just wish they were lower...

Re: 5/27 Chuck 437 PMPS

I'd see what he does tonight on the same dose. Wonder if he will dip into the blues overnight but stay flat in the daytime? I'd like to see some kind of a pattern before you change the dose. The flat cycle today could be a bounce from last night - some cats don't react to a bounce on PZI with one flat number but with a whole flat cycle. It would be good to see if he is one of those.

When you increase, I'd go with .25 to .75 (or .6 if you have the U100s)

Since he dropped pretty good here, I'll reconsider the dose-crease tomorrow. That's my Chuck! Just when I consider a dose-crease, he either goes waaayyyy high or nosedives to the sub-basement...
