found kitten in tree by barn, hopefully neighbor so I can return. Huge crows were dive bombing us as I tried to get kitten down.
Cali has not seen thankfully but she smells on me. Two socks not happy either.

In our bedroom in a little carrier. Of course we fed and groomed it. Sweet tiny thing. It is long hair, maybe a tortoise. So cute and loving. It was about to be dinner for those crows.

The kitten, American name “Pizza” is safely back home with her siblings and other younger kitty litter. Sadly the mother of the very young kittens is gone. Predators abound in the woods surrounding our homes.
 
Yes the family is Chinese so they usually have native language name but translation to an American name for us. Two Socks was named [translation] Black cat sheriff. Many times I threaten to call him “ Dirty Socks” because he loves outdoors and the horse barn.

Yes Cali is giving a night off thanks. I will give snack @+8. BTW she never even saw the kitten, certainly not that it was in her bedroom and on her bed.
