We haven't quite had a CPC since I mentioned it in yesterday's condo, but we still have a happy appy, along with snuggles and a bit too much feistiness (gelcap, grrr). Yep, we are definitely in a rough phase with the gelcap after a wonderful month or so of consistent "hole in one" shots. This morning took 3 repacks and lots of adult language before it went down 25 minutes behind schedule. I appreciate feistiness at other times, Trix!

I spent all day powerwashing and mulching...I am achy and whooped - I even blew of working out this morning for BTB instead. Even though it's not a fun way to spend a day off, it really needed to be done, and now the bulk of the powewashing I needed to do is behind me. Phew! Unfortunately the porches all need some repairs and a coat of paint, though...if it ain't one thing, it's another! But, the porches and patio are now pretty enough for us to hang out on, even though they need paint.

And, sadly, it's back to work today :(....so I need to get moving. I'll try and sneak some condos throughout the day, but I am thinking of everyone here! Have a great day, L&LL!

Very nice on the power wash, and the mulch. I so need to do that... I am now inspired!

I haven't tried one, and at this point I've been pilling by hand for so long I'm afraid I'll throw her off by changing methods. I've also always been afraid of hurting her with a shooter since I wouldn't be able to "feel" what I'm doing. I can tell that when she gets in this mode, she's tense from the start and closes up her throat so the pill won't go down. When we have a good run, her throat is open and the pill slides right down. It's one of those things I can "feel", ya know?
 
I used to use one but stopped a long time ago. Someone on the FPS list posted an article on pilling and her own method. If I find them I just might post them not for you but for others just starting to heed to give meds. Have a great day.
 
Thanks for the explanation of the CPC yesterday. I had a BTB this morning also, due to the fact that I didn't sleep well last night.

Hopefully work will be uneventful for you and you will have a bit of time to relax today.
 
Well Trixie, Fiesty is good except when it comes to gel caps. Be good for your mama bean. Sounds exhausting with the power washer but now it is done! Have a great day Amy!
 
Sounds like somebody needed a hot bath last night. If you didn't get one, I hope you do tonight - should help those muscles!!

Trixie, your spirit is delightful and inspiring, but could you maybe dial it down just a touch when it comes to the gelcaps? Mama is only trying to help you to continue to feel great! Honest! The more cooperative you are, the sooner it will be done and you can move on to more enjoyable things.
