"Morning All,

I let Checkers sleep through his +1. *sigh*. I gave FF Turkey at +2, anxious to see if he comes up on just that. I'm trying to get over carbing him, every time he goes below 6o.
All's normal otherwise. Ate breffis..plus +2. Pestered to have sink water turn on, and I caved. Napped.

eta: Yay, he's coming up on his own with just the FF turkey. That was hard to not give a little hc, at the 52.
The last time he asked to have the faucet turned on, I refused. Just now I found a lake on the bathroom floor; the little brat played in the bowl of water instead. :lol:

Morning guys, and GO CHECKS!!! I know what you mean on the overcarbing... maybe just a couple drops of karo in some low carb? Good luck!!

Wow - look at Checks go!!! Those are some very purty numbers....love them.

Thanks, for missing us! I was pretty sick - it was so hard to have a puking kitty and be sick myself - :o :sad: But we made it through - we both survived :smile:

Checks has always shot too high, even on a drop of Karo. I never know what to give, to just keep him surfing. Now I'm trying to have the patience to see if he'll come up on his own.
Except for that annoying +1, I'm pretty good at testing. Once he starts coming up, I leave him alone, pretty much.

Hi guys .. I think you did great waiting to see if he would come up on his own .. no HC needed, he did just fine .. and I think checks taught you a lesson about what happens when you refuse to turn on the water :lol: Next time you'll just obey :lol: Have a great day guys!

:thumbup Great job this morning. Tess has been needing less and less to keep her surfing too. I think as the dose goes down the need for carbs to control drops is less too.

Have you thought of getting him a fountain? I got Tess one, but she's afraid of it. If I turn it on she hisses at it and jumps back. ohmygod_smile :lol:

He has a fountain, Tess. I had to put a big tray under that, 'cause he washes his feet in that one. :lol:
The boy loves to play in water. :-D

Great job today, Barb. I'm also trying less carbs....well, if Gracie gets to green but last weekend, we used LC and she responded beautifully. I do think we get afraid of those 50s and don't give them time to bump themselves up ....of course, there are times it is totally necessary and you have to be willing to test alot to be sure. But you did great with him today. HOORAY!!!

Tobey takes his little toys and soaks them in the bowls and then carries them around dripping water :lol: :lol: Those boys!!!

Once again, I don't know if Checks found the kibble, before I did.
I have a bad habit of leaving the room "for a second", to do something, while civvies are eating, and then forget to go back.
Why don't I stop feeding kibble, you ask?
Because little Clancy, can't eat canned. He pukes and gets diarrhea. I don't even know if it's one flavor, or all canned.

Marje, Checkers used to drop his little mice in the water, but at least he didn't take them out dripping. How cute :lol:
 
Hi Barb - nice day for checkers - the AM was great, and nice to see him brig himself up on his own. YAY! Bummer on the pmps, but he's coming down nicely.

Too fun on the water and the fountain. Checks, the water boy. :cool: :-D

I love it that there is somebody else out there that leaves for a second to do something, and then forgets to go back. Sheshhh, I do it all the time.
