Good Morning LL. DH here again. Marjorie seems to be serious about this getting to work on time thing, so you get the B-team again today. We hope all kitties and beans are safe, sound, and healing today.

WCR: Little Miss Flatness 2011 is a happy chirpy girl this morning. She is in her normal morning spot on the enclosed patio keeping a watchful eye on her livestock.4 P's in place. She sneaked up into the color that shall not be named for AMPS this morning, but has started back down slowly at plus 2. Hopefully she will keep coming down and doesn't pick out another number along the way that she wants to try to surf at all day. :lol: Hoping for a bounce break today and a green surf. I have to be up and out early tomorrow for work, so my lovely and talented partner gets the duty tonight.

After I did the +4 last night and was closing the house up, Gracie got in our bed. By the time I got there she was sprawled completely across my pillow. I tried and failed miserably to negotiate for some space for me. Trying to get Gracie to give up pillow space makes the Mideast peace talks look like a church picnic. She finally gave me one little corner (she is so big-hearted), but pushed against my head with all four feet if I tried to sneak any extra room. She finally got tired of my big-headedness after about 30 minutes and moved over to snuggle with her mom. Marje gets snuggles, I get a crick in my neck. I guess she really is a mommas girl.

DH, what a wonderful morning update on miss princess Gracie. What would happen if she actually had her own pillow? or does she and she just chooses to invade yours, well, because she can..
I'm glad to see the numbers coming down a bit..
How about a lot more yellow there and perhaps even some blue for you today Gracie..

OK Gracie. I was just kidding about picking out a number and trying to surf it all day. Unbelievable.

She does have her own pillow but she seems to prefer mine. I'm gone 2 or 3 nights a week so she gets used to having it to herself. I'm just lucky she doesn't shed, or I'd have to take hairball medicine :lol:

I think it's awesome you're secure enough in your own masculinity to admit a tiny bit of fluff can keep you off your own pillow!!! :lol: Oh, what we'll do for our furbabies!!!

OK I do have to laugh at the pillow stealing, One of mine does that - ever so subtle: lets me get all snuggled in, into the sleep mode and then she starts with the all fours pushes. I usually wake up minus the pillow which is now under control of the cat. She should remember that I control the fuds. :lol: :lol: Crick in the neck indeed.

Ok Gracie: now it's time to break all these flat yellows - the challenge is on! GO GRACIE!

Hi guys .. looks like gracie is surfing yet another solid yellow today .. To funny about her getting your pillow .. peter jokes that he get's the edge of the bed, I get the middle, and mocha get's the entire right side .. it is what it is, I can't argue!

LOL...the pillow story is so classic cat! When it was just me and Mr Kitty, many moons ago, somehow he ended up with 90% of the bed every night, while I was hanging off the edge...and it was a double bed! Ya just can't help but love 'em.

:lol: :lol: Pillow talk today!!!! Oh Attie is a pillow snatcher too. He doesn't paw push he just keeps head butting until he gets the bottom pillow!

Come on down a bit Gracie and you and Attie can waltz on the green floor tonight!

Thank you all for contributing your cat stealing pillow stories today!!! I have so enjoyed reading them tonight!! I remember when we just had a queen sized bed and four cats who ALL insisted they sleep with us. Now, don't get me wrong, I love closeness with my spouse in bed but I was like a mummy in the middle with him on one side and all four cats on the other and I have claustrophobia. That prompted the purchase of a king sized bed :lol: :lol:

I may not get to condos tonight....Mike has to go back to work tomorrow so I'd like to spend time with him. We'll see what my Lil G Money does!! Have a great evening.

I am suddenly very thankful that neither of my cats ever felt the need to sleep on my pillow past the first couple weeks I had them! :lol: :lol: Willie has his own pillow next to me that he sleeps on sometimes, but now he alternates between his pink sweater and the throw blanket I keep on the bed. Miss Gracie's antics certainly have me giggling though! That little ball of cuteness is a pillow hog??? Surely not...... :lol: :lol: :lol:

Glad to see she's heading down... slowly but surely! Hopefully tonight won't be TOO active!!!

I'm thinking dosecrease in the morning. Thanks for visiting.....I'm headed for bed but will still be up testing at +3 and +4 and whatever other time but I'm dead tired tonight. Ni Ni all. I should be able to do condos tomorrow.
